It says make any purchase and spend 5 on any slot get 100$ that’s all that was said on the deal. so me thinking that’s a great deal I spent 10$ after i purchased you have to level up to receive the bonus that’s where they get you you have to wait 24 hours, reach level 10 through level 70 in order to receive it after you purchase please go check reviews before dealing with sites they reply to back to everyone on trustpilot but can’t get back to there own customers DO NOT Become a customer that do not value you only your money.

After depositing money to my account and playing for 10 minutes I tried to switch games and it wouldn't load past 50%. Come to find out they have banned my device for some unknown reason, and I can't get my money back! Thiefs!

Fun site just be patient
Goldwin is fun and has tons of slots. I hit a couple nice wins but remember withdrawls arent same day. Mine took like 5 or 6 days once my account was approved. Support did reply nicely when I asked about it so thats good.

Absolutely appalling service made proceed all the verification documents via email on 27th Feb via email then Added them to account myself on 28th Feb my address on account was my old address explained in a email why it had changed due to house move as well as provide the correct documents to support yet they asked me for the same info I had already provided on 2nd march account was verified on 3rd yet still no funds into my account seems like they just delay things LC agents are not helpful raise a complaint to support team had no response from they also emailed finance team and again no support from them either, terrible customer service complaint not even been dealt with or responded too take your money quick enough but withdrawal is. Such a delayed process still to this day the money is in the account sat in pending and no one responds or can give me a answer as to why this is taking so long we are now on 11th march terrible service terrible site

Didn't trust it at first

Hopeless rude customer service, and now retalliation
Support act like they are God's, will not transfer to a supervisor, will not inform when one is on or when they can be contacted. Say that speaking to supervisor will just agree with them. Extremely rude, calling me delusional and if I didn't likea bonus to use my own money only. Was supposed to get a triple bet bonus upon depositing $50 but the spins were only on the lowest bet of 25c. You clearly cannot divide 25c by 3 so it's clear it is only a single bet. Not willing to help whatsoever or listen to any reasoning. Just overall very bad service after all the funds I have spent here. Time to find a new casino that appreciates my money.
Since writing this review, a week later, I deposited again and had a few wins so I attempted to make a withdrawal of $1600. I have previously withdrawn only a few months prior so kyc was up to date. After nearly 2 weeks of it still being pending, I contacted support to find out why. He said I am verified and just have to wait for finance to action it. Couple days later, the withdrawal was returned to my account, and an email asking for me to supply documents for a credit card number I have never seen or used there. I questioned it and then was asked to provide the card documents for the card I used to deposit. Sent that straight away and actioned the withdraw again, few days later got a reply that account is once again verified. It's now been in processing for 22 days and it's still in processing and I'm getting no responses from the finance team or the Manager that replied to the first review... 100% retaliation if you ask me, it's so obvious. This is how the support team treat their customers all the time, because you have to go through them to speak to anyone higher. It's ridiculous. The Manage even hides behind the support team email so any and all replies get filtered before they see it and perhaps never get it at all. With soany casinos now doing instant withdrawals, Goldwin is way behind the times and still using dodgy tactics to stall withdrawals. Unbelievable...

They don't even deserve one star! Deposited £50, but they took £57. So who took the extra £7 as it didn't show in the balance! Also they did not inform people to their change of terms and conditions that the minimum withdrawal was raised from £100, which was bad enough to £200!

Another victim of gogogoldwin casino. The game played really well until I hit the 44.00 mark shy of their 50.00 min cash out. Once I hit that 44.00 mark I was still hitting bonus and free spins but out of 5 free bonus of 10 free spins I won exactly 0 dollars. Now how the hell does someone get 50 free spins and don’t win a single cent? That’s not counting the 4 jackpot spins that I got. I received a total of 15 spins on the jackpot with the same results not one single cent! Before all that I was win on every free spin and jackpot even if it was a small amount but it was something. I’m telling ya something fishy is going on and don’t think you can deposit more money to get it over the 50.00 mark for cash out that doesn’t work either because it’s counted as money that wasn’t won!!
