Never bought anything of this value on the web, and did a lot of research on different companies and read all the reviews. Gold Watch Co is clearly the best in this business. They offered prompt and courteous service, answered every question, taught me a bit about this unique day date President watch, and provided assurances about authenticity, warranties, and 3 days to evaluate authenticity after receiving watch. All turned out perfectly. The watch is in mint condition and came with the Rolex box, tags, booklets, appraisal, authenticity papers..perfect. Had it checked out by Rolex service in SF and it is mint...including a recent servicing. Highly recommended.

Great Experience
I spent several weeks, off and on, researching the best place to buy a nice watch for my wife (birthday). After much review and thought, I contacted Dennis to ask additional questions and request a picture of the new heavy band. I finally selected a watch (Rolex 179174). It arrived on time and in the exact way expected, perfect watch and band, all the boxes, papers, tags, certificate, etc. I contacted Dennis to let tell him how delighted that I was and let him know that I will be doing business with him in the future.

I put many hours of research into this purchase and wanted to make sure I have the right watch company. You were right about the black diamond dial being a lot richer when I opened the watch by next day air delivery. And an added bonus to have received the original champagne dials as an alternate. Very Satisfied
I just received my Rolex Steel & 18K Gold Submariner with the Champagne Serti Dial, and it is beautiful! I will admit, I was a bit nervous doing business on line involving this amount of money, and buying a watch sight unseen. I also appreciate the fact, that even though the prices had gone up on their website, Dennis honored the price on the watch I had selected a couple of days earlier. This showed me that Dennis and Gold Watch Co. is a business that works with their customers. I really appreciate all their help in my purchase, and will recommend them to my friends.
