I was planning to buy their EA lifetime…
I was planning to buy their EA lifetime version, but after checking carefully, I found some concerning points. They claim to have a 4.5 Trust pilot rating on their website, but the actual rating is only 3.8. Another important thing is that their Myfxbook verified account is not visible. So guys, please be careful before making any purchase.

As we have a range of advised equity required for each setting, we noticed on the August 22, you shared us with a screenshot of you using the EA on 0.05 high starting lot with a SAHR trading mode, which later, on September 2, you requested for a M5 setting, we were not sure if the setting was later on changed, but you seemed to not have closed the previous position before changing to a new setting, thus the trades were having reentries based on the previous position placed.
Later on September 4, we received again your screenshot of the positions opened in your account, which was the same position holding.
We would also like to remind you that, to change to a new setting, always stop whatever running positions at the moment. Also, our EA comes with Equity Protection setting which you may try setting up with. Hope this clarifies.

My 4-Month Reality Check with This Bot - Learn From My Expensive Mistake
The False Hope (April Start):
Initially looked promising on M1 timeframes with the preset files provided bot V9.2 with some early wins. The bot's logic seemed odd, but hey, it was making money during sideways markets. I thought I'd stumbled onto something special.
Red Flags I Ignored:
The bot had no real market understanding - just random entries based on whatever basic indicators it used. It worked fine during choppy conditions but had zero adaptation for changing market environments.
When Reality Hit:
As soon as we entered trending markets, this thing became a nightmare:
Kept adding positions against the trend with no logic
I had to manually intervene multiple times to prevent account blowouts as i have prior experience in trading
The Final Blow:
One strong trending period nearly destroyed my account. The bot just kept doubling down on losing trades, turning manageable losses into catastrophic drawdowns. I was forced to shut it down and manually manage the disaster it created.
The Damage:
Lost all my profits PLUS my own capital. Months of successful manual trading wiped out by this garbage algorithm.
Wake Up Call for New Traders:
There are NO shortcuts in trading. Either you learn to trade properly, or you f learn the hard way like I did. Unless you have unlimited capital to absorb massive drawdowns (which would be stupid), avoid these bots entirely.
The risk-to-reward ratio is absolutely terrible. You're better off investing that money in education and learning to trade yourself rather than feeding it to some algorithm that will inevitably blow your account when market conditions change.
Bottom Line:
One trending market will kill your account. Don't learn this lesson as expensively as I did. There's no substitute for actual trading skills and market understanding.

Please be reminded that our EA came with Equity Protection setting which traders are able to set a limit for the equity loss that based on each traders' capability on maximum loss. The Equity Protection in our latest EA version also came with 2 options where you can set it up based on percentage of the equity or based on direct $ amount. The feature has an explanation in our setup guide.
While we would also like to understand, while you were using the M1 setting, how much equity you started running with your account. This is a common question and also we had the suggested amount to start for every different trading mode which we sent to every traders after the activation of license, before traders started trading. This may help us better understand your setting and what went wrong to the account. Appreciate if you could share further details through our Telegram support. Thank you.
Not worth it
Strategy works for a while then doesnt. Copy trader blows accounts and they just add more accounts like it never happened. No communication, explanation or ownership of SL and forward plan.

Hi, regret on your experience, however we would like to confirm if you are using the advised amount of equity, running on advised trading mode? Also, we had a optimized version 9 released this week, with active license, you will be able to download latest version and check it out, and you can first try in a demo account before running on live account.

Not a viable long term profitable EA
I've had this EA for 2 years now and have tried all kinds of settings and really tried to stick with it. I made money short term, but always blew my account long term, no matter what I tried. There was always a sudden change in market direction which screwed all my trades. This EA relies almost entirely on the Martingale strategy, which is super risky and is susceptible to changes of structure. I find that it tends to sell the bottom and buy the top and that's what blows accounts. Most recently tried the 'super algo' setting. It places 3 trades and then just left me in deeper and deeper drawdown, with no additional trades to complete the take profit. After thousands lost and loads of wasted time, I'm calling it a day. Support don't care and can't offer any help with settings (if they even reply), or issues experienced, but they're happy to post the limited success stories in their Telegram (before accounts get blown). Do yourself a massive favour and listen to someone who has invested over 2 years into this EA and concluded that it's just not a viable option for long term success.

Hi Frank, regret on your experience, please be reminded that gold market is highly volatile, and thus, there were options for different strategy with different EA version as options.
For Version 9 of our EA, the Super Algo mode was designed to slow down the layering speed to avoid drawdown developing too soon. While other version such as 7.3 did not have such and it shall open layering sooner comparing to V9 which can be another option if you prefer a faster reacting EA.
We would also like to remind traders that equity protection is available in the EA setting, where traders are able to set a limit of account loss, when hit, trades will be closed immediately.
We regret to see your trading experience, and truly hope our advise would help you on your future trading.

V9 version is a waste of money and time. Told it Support but they don’t care and blame you for the performance. Equity protection got hit multiple times, the algorithm is useless. I only lost money so far, all those people telling you that the bot performs good are lying.

Hi Patrick, regret on your experience, we would like to remind you that, our recommended starting amount with 0.01 starting lot was:
M30 low risk - $500-1500
M5 medium risk - $1500-4000
M1 high risk - $4000-10000
Super Algo High Risk - $5000 - 10000
Super Algo Low Risk - $3500 - 10000
Turbo Scalping highest risk - above $10000
Running below the recommended starting amount was also been recommended to use cent account as substitution. For Equity Protection being hit multiple times, a small amount of equity protection set is not suitable as gold market is highly volatile, if you are trading on funded account, the allowed drawdown percentage is low and thus many testing has to be done. Hope these advises which was provided earlier was taken and would help you on your trading experience.

Hi ODo, we would like to clarify that, EA takes entries based on the trend showing during the time the trade was taken, however trades can change direction after wards. We would suggest you to directly take screenshot of your trade position, trade opening time and send us, then we will directly identify and check for you if the entry is based on which trend.
