This item was totally misrepresented…

This item was totally misrepresented and does not look anything like the picture you all show online. I even paid extra money like an idiot cause they said they needed to add more gold to it to size it. The cross is TINY and if you truly look at the picture you will see that it doesn't look anything like that. I truly feel like I got scammed and I will start telling everyone on social media what I think because I don't want you guys to do this to anyone else.

The item purchased was a very small, lightweight ladies’ gold cross ring, priced under $150, and clearly described as such on the product page, including images, measurements, and weight. The original design is intentionally petite.

At the customer’s request, the ring was custom resized to a men’s size 11, which is a significant size increase for this style. Prior to proceeding, we clearly explained that resizing such a small design to a large men’s size would still result in a delicate appearance, and that additional gold would be required to reinforce the band. The customer approved and paid for this customization before production.

The ring received matches the approved design and specifications. Custom-made and resized items are produced exactly as discussed and cannot fundamentally change the scale of a petite design.

We strongly disagree that this situation reflects misrepresentation or improper conduct. We always communicate expectations clearly and obtain customer confirmation before completing custom work.

Poor experience with this comoany

Beautiful ring

Goes beautifully with my Tiffany knot necklace. I don’t want to splurge on the ring and was super happy to see this one at a fraction of the price! It seems a little dainty but the Tiffany ring is as well.

Scammy Company

This company has scummy practices, they refunded partial of my order but not the rest both items returned were in the same box they claimed they only received 1 item but not the other and both of them were included in the same package. They didn't claim that the box arrived damaged or broken just that the piece miraculously wasn't in the package. They first provided one address where I needed to send the items and then after items were sent they said they had to be sent separately all while the company was closed for over a week. I didn’t receive a response about sending it to a different location until after I sent it. Even still both items were sent in the same package regardless if they were suppose to be sent separately or not if they received the necklace they had to receive the pendant because it was in the same box. I was going to return to make another purchase but I won't be doing that. STAY AWAY and avoid the headaches I've had with dealing with this company. I'm now liable to pay for something that I don't have! They are uncooperative not willing to help. Horrible business practices and terrible customer service I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY!

As outlined in our return instructions, the items in question were required to be returned separately to different designated locations, as they originated from different inventory sources. These instructions were clearly provided prior to the return being initiated.

Despite this, both items were sent together in a single package to one address. Upon receipt and inspection, only one item was present in the package. The second item (the pendant) was not included in the contents received. The package itself was intact upon arrival, and no additional item was found inside the box or packing materials.

In accordance with our return policy and standard inventory controls, we issued a refund only for the item that was physically received and verified. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for an item that was not returned to us.

We understand how frustrating this situation can be and have communicated our findings clearly and honestly based on what was received. We remain willing to assist with documentation, carrier inquiries, or claims if the customer believes the missing item may have been lost in transit.

We take customer service seriously and always aim to act fairly and in line with our published policies. We regret that this experience did not meet expectations and encourage customers to carefully follow return instructions to avoid issues of this nature in the future.

So far so Great!

I haven't received my item as of yet,....however the customer service is impeccable. Every email I've sent had an immediate response to any questions or concerns. It was very refreshing for me to feel that SOMEBODY cares about their customers. Many Companies have lost that type of essence. Thumbs up!

Very disappointing from start to…

Very disappointing from start to finish. My order took ages! And when it did arrive one of the earrings wouldn't clip into the bracket. I emailed them to say the item was not up to standard and they told me ' it's an easy fix just take it to a jewellers". Why should I have to take a brand new item to the jeweller to get it fixed. Doesn't look like they will refund me. Stay well clear. I'm too of that the quality of the item was very poor.

I purchased a piece of jewellery from

I purchased a piece of jewellery from these people. The piece arrived after a long time of waiting, to my disappointment it was very small looked nothing like the picture, and it didn't match, when I asked i was told the manufacturer had changed it, so I was offered £10 back, No thank you.
I was told I could have a refund and my shipping cost to the states would be refunded. The next day I asked for the returns policy (which I was never sent or emailed) I then received an email back with an address (still no returns policy, either)
Sent the piece back, only to receive an email back saying: they would refund me only £72 even tho the original price was £99. No offer of the almost £20 to return it.
Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this supposed company.
I am almost £40 down. Have no jewellery as paid for (the quality was rubbish anyway) I wish I could post the pictures and screen shots on here, just so people could actually see who, and what sort of disappointment they are setting themselves up for.

As the order was shipped internationally to the United Kingdom, customs duties and import fees were paid on the customer’s behalf at the time of delivery. In accordance with our published return policy, these government-imposed fees are non-refundable once incurred, even if an item is later returned. This policy is standard for international shipments and is disclosed to customers prior to purchase.

Regarding item size and appearance, we make every effort to ensure transparency by providing detailed product descriptions, exact dimensions, and reference images displayed alongside an inch ruler to help customers accurately assess scale before ordering. While photographs may appear larger on screen, the physical measurements shown on the product page represent the actual size of the item shipped.

Upon receiving the returned item, a refund was issued for the product value excluding the non-recoverable customs charges and original international shipping costs, which resulted in the adjusted refund amount. This calculation was made strictly in line with our return policy.

We understand international returns can be frustrating, and we regret the disappointment expressed. However, all actions taken in this case were consistent with our stated policies and the costs incurred on the customer’s behalf.

Perfect 14k gold love knot diamond earrings

Goldia offered many options and I found the perfect gift through this website. The earrings I purchased came quickly and they were even more beautiful in person. I will be using Goldia from now on to make all my jewelry purchases because of the reliability and positive experience I had with them. Highly recommended!

Poor quality and terrible customer service

I purchased an item from Goldia.com and when I received it and opened the jewelry box that was undamaged I found the gold pendant was damaged. It was completely bent, as it was badly made and very flimsy. I ten got into contact with them. First they said I should send it back at my expense which ended up being around $80 from NZ. After I said Im not paying for that, they said I need to take it to get fixed and they will pay for it.
I went and got it fixed, but they couldn’t really fix it as I was told the item is to fragile and will break off. So it looks like a piece of used damaged jewelry.

So I paid for it, spent hours of my time enquiring about postage and then driving around finding a place to get it repaired. And now I’m left with an item that looks like I picked it up from the beach.

What they needed to do was pay for the postage and refund me as it was their mistake sending a broken item. That’s what companies do! I will not trust this company’s quality of their products, or their customer service.

Wedding ring... A joke

A wedding ring was brought in March arrived in April wedding day 1sy November ring never been worn until that day it was checked and all fine... A week of wearing the ring it's creaked I contacted them showed them a picture of the outside and inside and all they say is it's been resealed and cut poorly when we had no work done. We showed a real jewellery shop the ring and they are professional and even say no that's a clear creak you see it perfectly. Goldia pretty much told me to piss off not there problems... If you want over priced rings poor quality made rings go here.

Other wise do not touch them
