As novice gardeners we were very unsure of which types of plants & flowers we needed but the Golden Valley Plants website was really clear and easy to use to help us find bundles of plants that do well in shaded areas vs sunnier. On top of this, we felt the customer service by Sally was excellent. She helped us to decipher which plant was which from our 15+ that arrived and she also resolved a minor issue very quickly. Great company, will definitely use again in the future.

I ordered two geums, a hardy geranium, a scabiosa and a veronica of varying pot sizes from Golden Valley Plants in March '24. The plants arrived in good packaging and were very healthy - the soil looked good quality which is something I have not found to always be the case with online plant orders.

After planting everything continued to grow well and nearly everything is in flower two months later (the geranium will not bloom for a little while in my area). I have already recommended this company to friends and will definitely be ordering from them again.

What a wonderful company (and I don’t say that lightly). I spoke to Nicola and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She made sure that the rose I ordered as a special gift was delivered on the right day. The rose arrived and I have been told it is beautiful!

I ordered a plant which arrived in a rather battered and unwell condition. Nicola immediately followed up as she could see from the courier's photo that it was damaged when it arrived, and totally unprompted, sent me a new plant, free of change! Excellent customer service and I will be buying again from this company!
