They advertise tickets for football matches which aren’t available . I bought tickets and they then told me they would be unable to provide them at short notice (it was a few days before the match).they took payment from me and now have told me my refund will take up to 10 days . Do not use this company! They are a con and will take your money for items that are unavailable
Because of them I have missed out on the match with another company which can provide the tickets
Avoid at all cost! Customer service is shocking too .
I wish I could give no stars
- in response to their reply, they advertised the tickets as available. Other companies were also shut and when they reopened they were able to honour the tickets as they had advertised them as available. This company shouldn’t have advertised tickets as available. I couldn’t purchase elsewhere as they had my money.
Please avoid and use a different company.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
However, it’s important for us to explain the situation clearly, so the full picture is available alongside your review.
Your order for football tickets was placed on New Year’s Eve at 2:42pm, during our holiday closure. Our team returned on New Year’s Day to process pending orders. By 11:33am that morning, we had received two emails from you requesting a refund, and we actioned this immediately.
For security reasons, refunds must be returned to the original payment card. The banks control the processing time, and this can take between 3–10 days. We do understand that you needed the funds sooner, but we were unable to transfer the amount to a bank account due to fraud-prevention requirements.
We confirmed the cancellation and refund within 24 hours of your request. I’m very sorry the refund did not reach your account sooner, but the timing is set by the card providers, and it is not something we can speed up.
Our football ticket packages are always subject to availability, and we do not knowingly offer any tickets that are unavailable. Our customer service team can always check specific fixtures beforehand for anyone who wants reassurance prior to placing an order.

Excellent present for a 86th birthday.
I ordered an old copy for my father birthday, it was hard to find the date but they managed with the help of Claudine who was very helpful in sorting out that issue.
I would suggest ordering a week or 2 in advance if you are worried about getting your paper on the correct date
My dad was overjoyed and emotional.
I would highly recommend this present and company.

Incredible Customer Service
I was absolutely astounded by the quality of the customer service of Golden Moments. I've never known a company to go so far out of its way to help a customer. I bought a voucher a number of years ago and when I tried to claim it there was a small issue. Dan in Customer Service could not have been more helpful and really went above and beyond to sort everything out. I can't recommend this company enough and Dan deserves all of the nice things in the world! Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service 10/10!
I am more than happy to recommend Golden moments. My husband and I had a trip booked in which my husband was due to do a bungee jump but unfortunately due to unforeseen medical circumstances had to be cancelled. I dealt with Dan who couldn't have been more understanding, accommodating & helpful towards us. He helped to organise a dinner for us & we were able to put a voucher towards it in lieu of the bungee jump. All in all we will definitely be booking through Golden moments in the near future, Thanks again Dan!

Purchased a vintage newspaper birthday…
Purchased a vintage newspaper birthday edition last week. Not only was the product stunning and absolutely above all my expectations, but the haste and speed of its delivery was mind boggling, all facilitated by Claudine. She was in communication with me daily due to the urgency of the order. I requested it on Tuesday and received it by Friday morning, not forgetting the Easter bank holiday restrictions.
I have sent photos of this product to some of my friends and they are as bowled over as I still am.
