Henry from Golden insurance was amazing, he made me feel comfortable and at ease ,he took his time in explaining everything making sure I understood and explained what I didn't.

I was at a loss
I have tried so many companies to just get enough insurance to cover my funeral costs and not burden my family when I pass, I was hesitant to call but as soon as the young man started talking to me I was so pleasantly surprised. He was professional but kind and reassuring, I felt at ease straight away. I explained what I wanted and he didn’t hesitate to reassure me that he could help. His customer service was outstanding and I ended up with a plan that I accepted, I was very impressed.

A representative from Golden Insurance…
A representative from Golden Insurance contacted me within minutes of my enquiry. He was very polite, helpful, understanding and informative. I received my welcome email that same morning with policy details etc . My welcome pack with all necessary information was delivered to me promptly and Golden Insurance appears to be a very easy company to deal with.

Well what can I say I was so relaxed with this young man.He explained everything with ease and easy to understand.l could of spoken to him all day u people are very lucky to have him I think u should give him a raise I'm vert impressed with the deal I got.So thanks again for making it so easy to understand some people you get you just can't understand have a great year everyone and remember to give him a raise children cost a lot you know / he's pregnant/ lol
