Site spam attention a votre argent après plusieurs dépôt j'ai finis par gagner mes toujours pas reçu mon gain de 1000 euros depuis le 28 février 2026. Après plusieurs conversation avec le chat toujours aucun paiement.

26th january won £220 not been paid out.
Customer service used every delaying tactics they have.
No response from support address.
i think this is a SCAM!
Should be taken down and not allowed operate.

I made the mistake of signing up to this casino, after awhile I started realising I had a problem with gambling and requested a self exclusion - that was in December 2025 it is now 3 months later and I am still contacting them to complete my request. The chat is just diabolical and if you email anyone, especially Lara you never get anywher

Stay away from this casino, try to withdraw your winnings and you enter a world of despair, weeks, months on end talking to a customer service that invariably gives you the same replies ( wait they say 7- 21 working days) and eventually you give up...made several complaints, they simply ignore you, scam it's what it is SCAM!

Denies withdrawals request constantly, makes you wait 3 months for any sort of reply. Only thing they can say is sorry for the inconvenience, please try again and we will see to it right away, but they don't. They ignore and rip you off, do NOT use this site. Other reviews clearly have the same experience.

Made a withdrawal off 380 on 29th november 2024 and still waiting. I have closed my account but still believe they should still payout. Chat disabled so now just sending emails with no replys recently. I did try and reopen my account but was told management do not reopen closed accounts its a policy.

I withdraw 800£ on 1 th of December still didn’t receive no money (14th February) and I try to cancel the withdrawal and they don’t even put the money in account this site is definitely scamm just don’t know how they have providers when is clearly fraud site
