We've been delighted with the company who handle the majority of our end of tenancy cleans. Kathaarina is always so helpful on the phone and goes the extra mile to accommodate any last minute change of plans. If we've ever had cause to request them to come back to address something that was missed they are helpful and quick to respond.

Unfortunately this company let me down regarding booking communal cleaning service. Negotiations started well enough, agreed on the phone, company said they were sending contract to sign before key collection….then had to chase! Apparently they couldn’t book us in because they’d received a bigger contract!! Not a happy bunny! I can’t recommend Golden House, obvious concerns with trust & reliability!

Fantastic company and impeccable service. Have been a client for over 2 years and used them for deep cleanings because I have severe allergies, but also bi-weekly cleanings and end of tenancy cleanings. Couldn’t recommend more.

I have been remiss in not providing a review of Golden House, who did a clean for us when we moved out of our old apartment. They were absolutely great. Really friendly, very relaxed about the fact we were still moving stuff out while they were trying to clean, extremely thorough and most definitely 'went the extra mile' in terms of cleaning fixtures and fittings and were completely unphased by the fact the place was rather bigger than they had anticipated and therefore required more time. Having seen the results of a few other cleaning companies, I would say these guys were in a class above. It was all round a really, really first class job and I would highly recommend them.

Very professional service, everything was cleaned to a very high standard, cleaners were lovely and covered every single spot of the flat! I’d highly recommend.

I required a bespoke service, specifically, a deep clean to the kitchen.

Katharina offered a bespoke solution for a period house following a difficult tenant.

1. Willing to listen and accommodate

* Katharina discussed in detail the requirement before I made the booking and was happy to use specialist products for the marble and antique pine in the property.

2. Completely hands-on business owner

* She came to make the deep clean herself accompanied by her team.

3. Incredible knowledge and experience

* She located immediately the origin of the odour in the kitchen following my former tenant vacating – oven hood extractor fan filter in need of replacement

4. Exceptional attention to detail

* Not only the washing machine tray cleaned thoroughly, the tray was removed and years of black mould cleaned away from within the channel leading to the washing machine drum. She also showed me how to locate and remove the washing machine filter for cleaning.

An absolutely refreshing company
I am pleased to say that I received outstanding service and will use Katharina and her business for all future pre-tenancy and end of tenancy deep cleaning.
