Gold Beech Construction Anmeldelser

Chris and the whole Goldbeech team did a fantastic job on our addition. They had great attention to detail and were extremely polite and friendly; just overall wonderful to work with. They had clear communication, with daily updates on progress and regular updates on the timeline.

Our house is a midcentury modern house and it presented many challenges due to its age and unusual construction, but the team had enough experience to troubleshoot any issues. Chris also understood how to scope the project to match the craftsmanship of the house while also simplifying for cost reasons.

Our house was a new build by Gold Beech Construction. From the design and layout to all the small details, it’s clear that Chris and his team put a lot of heart, hard work, and pride into their craft. Since moving in, Chris has been super responsive to any issues—whether or not they technically fall under the warranty. Honestly, I’ve sometimes felt like I was bugging him too much 😄, but he’s always been patient and helpful. If I ever take on a home improvement project in the future, Chris will be the first person I call.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gold Beech Construction to remodel my basement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the very beginning, their transparency with pricing was evident. They provided a detailed and honest estimate, ensuring there were no hidden costs or surprises along the way.

The level of management and communication they provided was exceptional. Despite being away in Italy during the renovation, I felt completely at ease knowing my project was in good hands. Gold Beech Construction maintained a daily log with photos, keeping me updated on the progress every step of the way. Their consistent email communication ensured I was always informed and any questions I had were promptly addressed.

What truly set Gold Beech Construction apart was their reliability and trustworthiness. Even from halfway across the world, I could trust them to handle everything seamlessly. The team demonstrated professionalism and dedication, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

If you're looking for a construction company that combines transparency, excellent management, and reliability, I highly recommend Gold Beech Construction. They exceeded my expectations and delivered a beautifully remodeled basement that I now enjoy every day.

We hired Chris and his Gold Beech team to renovate the lower level of our home to create an elegant, single-story residence for my mother, in which she could age in place. What Gold Beech did was beyond what we imagined was possible.
We found great value in the pre-construction/design process and are confident that the renovation was far better because of it. Gold Beech learned in detail what was important to us aesthetically and took aging in place needs into consideration at every level of design. The designer reimagined several spaces, resulting in greater ease of use and a better flow to the whole level, which was a wonderful surprise, exceeding even the high expectations we had.
Chris and his team delivered expert skill and an obsession with detail to every aspect of the construction. They gave the same deep attention to hidden aspects of the construction work we might never see as they did to the more visible ones. Each person on the team was experienced, very hard working, and focused on doing the best work that could be done. They were also some of the nicest people and always a pleasure to interact with. The workspace was safe and well organized and cleaned every day, demonstrating respect for the team and our home.

The professionalism of the Gold Beech core team was exceptional. Everyone understood exactly what was happening when, and why, and could communicate it to us. As questions came up, Chris and his team were extremely responsive, and issues were addressed promptly and fully. Financial matters were also transparent with detailed invoices and regular communication with Chris. There were no surprise costs. We felt well informed and comfortable with what was happening throughout. Gold Beech earned our trust and confidence every day.
