Carlton is very professional
Carlton is very gentle, professional, and funny. I had been thinking of selling my gold and scheduled an appointment with them. After 20 minutes, I decided to sell to them. Some of the items were memories from my grandma, but to me, the memories are in my heart. I need the cash, so why not? At least I still have the stone left to remember. I will definitely recommend Carlton if you want to sell your gold. I got a pretty good deal for it.

BUYER BEAWARE!!!!
THIS COMPANY STATES THAT THEY WILL REMOVE THE DIAMONDS FROM YOUR GOLD BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE FOR ME.
Yes they removed some of them but the guy could not get them all so he stated that they would have to send it off to their distribution plant to get them out. Well that was over a month ago and, after several calls from their corporate office - one of which TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THEM OUT - ONLY TO RECEIVE ANOTHER CALL SAYING THAT THEY WASN'T, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DIAMONDS! I AM NOW GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE OFFICE OF CONSUMER CREDIT COMMISSION AS WELL AS A POLICE REPORT WITH MY LOCAL PD BECAUSE THEY STOLE MY DIAMONDS!!! TRY THIS COMPANY AT Y0UR OWN RISK!!!!

What is noticed beyond the obvious case of convenience is the class and professionalism of Craig and the honesty. I could have talked his ear off but I didn't want to make his next client wait. A friend recommended this and it did not disappoint. I can’t express enough how pleased I am with the service I received. I must say I was a bit apprehensive. However, as nervous and anxious as I felt it went away fast. Shawn met me with a warm and welcoming smile. In fact, it really felt like a big hug making all my anxiety go away. Everything was professional as he explained in detail how and what to expect. Most importantly, I am pleased with the outcome!
