If you're looking for replacement or extra parts for your kart, then I can't recommend any other place but this. I've purchased so many parts here already, and they all just scream quality. I'm saving up to buy a kart from here as well. I just know, based on the quality of the spare parts, that the karts will be good too

I ordered a Cheetah 8 Gokart was told 30-60 days or more for delivery(Covid-the fiasco at the Suez canal) I figured it would be more. It was delivered 28 days later which was awesome. Paid for it to be mostly assembled from the factory, slight hiccup it came unassembled but since I turn wrenches for a living it was no problem. I emailed them and they refunded me the assembly fee. Honest and reliable I would recommend them to anyone looking for gokart or atv.

I really appreciate the fact that the prices posted on the website are actually the price that shows up when you have to pay. No hidden fees at all. Such a breath of fresh air, finding a store like this.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a go kart for my nephew, who has been anxiously waiting for it. After a couple weeks I decided to check on the order on the website, where I discovered that they don't even have it in stock and cancelled my order. No call, no email..nothing. Now I have an extremely upset nephew and I'm scrambling to get something for him. I'm obviously going elsewhere and I highly recommend you do too, because that's no way to operate a business. Such a shame.

There is a wide variety of gokarts to choose from. I never actually thought that you could buy gokarts online, but this online stores makes it so easy! I seriously think that the purchasing experience is even better than buying in retail shops. Good website and nice selection

Dont ever buy from this company. They wont give you a MCO unless your turn them into the district attorneys offices. For the past year Ive been fighting with them to get mine but they always said XMOTOS doesnt give them out. Well low and behold today I got one for my bike after turning them in! Never take "they dont gove them out for an answer." In your face GOKARTSUSA!!!

I purchased a go kart from them. It arrived in a damaged crate. The crate had been impacted so hard that it bent the metal cage and forced the go kart back and broke the rear hold down. It bent part of the steering rack. After assembling the go kart (I am a retired mechanic) oil leaks from the bottom of the crankcase, and when you turn the fuel valve on fuel pours from the carb overflow hose and bowl vent. I contacted them and after promises to correct the issues, they simply stopped replying. I asked for contact information for whoever handles the warranty and was told to google it. I have a worthless piece of junk and they have nearly $2000 of my money. Avoid these thieves. Next step is the BBB and then on to court.

Hands down, this is the worst purchase, from the worst company, I’ve ever made. Purchased a go kart that was delivered to me in late-November of 2020, & as of May 6, 2021, the kart still isn’t “complete.” It was shipped with a broken headlight, various missing nuts, washers, & an incorrect throttle cable. I notified the company with pics & all via email (because no one ever answered the phone calls), only to be ignored for a month & a half. I reached out again to ask for a refund because the lack of customer service for a no-go kart was unacceptable, & I finally got a response saying that a refund was impossible due to me “working on” the kart. By “working on,” they meant the certified mechanic’s assembly of their product (as instructed by the website in order to avoid certain warranties being voided). Feeling damn near hopeless, I just kept reaching out (pretty much weekly at this point). FINALLY, we received a replacement headlight for the broken one originally sent out, but I’m still being told to “hurry up & wait” for the correct throttle cable. I detest this company. I detest their “product.” I detest what they refer to as “customer service.” I hope they never make another penny. This review is only the first of my efforts to see them go belly up if this matter isn’t corrected. Half a year of nothing but taking my money... The Worst.

Crap service sent the wrong part no resolution. Stay away from this company.
