Buyer beware!
I ordered a motor on their website that said it was in stock back in the first week of May. I got a text message almost two weeks later that they no longer had that motor and more likely we're not going to carry it in the future. They offered me a different motor which at the time said that it was in stock and gave me $30 off for the inconvenience. That motor was supposed to be here 3 weeks ago! Every time I've used the text line to communicate, the person on the other side has no clue what's going on. At first they told me I didn't even order a motor, then when I showed them the order they said that they hadn't processed my payment... then when I showed them the payment had been in fact processed, they stated that the motor wouldn't be here for 30 to 60 more days! when I told them that was unacceptable and asked to refund my money they refused. READ THAT LINE AGAIN, AFTER THEY SCREWED UP MULTIPLE TIMES THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. WE'RE NOT TALKING $5 OR $10, THIS IS 300+ BUCKS.... They stated that I needed to contact customer support. I contacted customer support who promised the motor would be here In the first week of June, we are now approaching the third week of June with no motor, no update, no tracking number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Do not waste your time...It would be great if it’s not breaking…
It would be great if it’s not breaking every day. The crate it came on was all bent up, a part on the wheel needed to be fixed from CHEAP welds. ( I HAVE PHOTOS) Very disappointing. One of the seat belts is jammed and doesn’t want to click in. It says 13 and up and I can barley fit in it, I weigh 120 pounds. The gas tank almost rattled off! For 1200$$$????The only good thing is it starts and runs fine. I would demand a refund and send the problem back if I didn’t have to rip it away from my kids! This company or whatever they claim to be will be hearing from me! Highly don’t recommend.

Process was OK, no email that my Jeep was shipped. Only that it was ready for shipping.

The whole process was great till belt broke
The whole process was great till, after we received the go-cart. The Assembly
wasn't to bad with no instruction. The owners manual was to a different go-cart. That all being said got together road it for about 2 hours when the belt snapped. this was already assemble when we got it.My 15year old love it, but was upset when the belt snap and appears the belt wasn't put on correctly.
e order a new belt waiting on it now. trying to call and get a hold of someone their to replace it couldn't get a live person on the phone.

I wanted to spend too much
I wanted to order two side by sides. My payment through PayPal kept being declined even though my bank said it was fine on their side. So then I ordered directly off the website. About an hour later, I received an email saying that $8,000 is over the allowable amount that Gokarts allows for a debit card payment. Then i get email saying that i must do a wire transfer. Thats crazy!

customer service sucks. I can not get a hold of anyone. How hard is it to pick up the phone? I Just made a purchase 06/07/20 and would like to know the status of my purchase.
Terrible is an understatement.
I ordered a go cart get through this company. I waited 2 1/2 weeks and got the email that my order was confirmed. I called to check on shipping info to find out that my order had been canceled without letting me know. I will never do business with this company again and I don’t recommend anyone else do business with them.
Zero customer service b4 COVID19 too!
Zero customer service was available after I ordered go kart 5 years ago. I called so many times and either no answer or I was able to leave a message. No one ever returned my call. So do let them mislead you by saying it is because of COVID19 that customer service ratings drop - service has been non-existent for years. Only order here if you are semi mechanically inclined and can troubleshoot yourself - and have no expectations of customer service/warranty assistance.

I order parts May 18th...received an email a week after indicating backorder. Estimated ship date has come and gone. No further emails. So what do I do, order somewhere else or wait with no direction?
