I recently purchased and received a pack of 4 sun caps. The quality was very poor with loose studs sticking out either side of the fastening at the back and there was a very unpleasant odour coming off the material. I emailed the company twice advising them of the issues. I requested a refund and advice in how to return the items. I have had no response. Do not order from this company. Very disappointing service and products.

Really, I am surprised as the service was so good! What I ordered came so fast and though I did not like it I could send it back and the money were back on my account right in time, great! I will order again!

I brought a body scrubber and it fell apart after I did half a leg.
I asked for refund to be told it wouldn't be with me for 3 weeks and then it wont be full amount as it goes through many places before hitting my bank and that they couldn't tell me how much of a refund I would actually get.

Will be warning people not to use!!

The website was easy to navigate the checkout process was smooth and the customer service was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone looking for quality products at reasonable prices. This is one of the best online shopping experience I have ever had.

The items are nothing like advertised and not good quality. It advertises a money back guarantee and then doesn't reply to emails. They're literally holding my refund hostage. Guys don't waste your time shopping here.

Appalling customer service, practically no way to communicate once you place your order and pay. No response to communications via email provided. Informed that order shipped but never arrived. What a con! Have never experienced anything like that. Will never use them again.

Ive been told my parcel:the ice maker was delivered 8th July but ive still not recieved it
Ive beèn waiting weeks for it and despite e mailing the company I've had no reply
They have my money and my goods
What sort of company is this

If I woul d give minus stars I could.. Ordered 2 x led water guns for my nephews . Took ages for them to arrive. Packaging was disgraceful, and both of the remotes did not work . Could not get into the back to check the batteries as the back was welded down, and you couldn't move it !!! Anyway we had 2 disappointed little boys ....I'm furious update on 25/7/26 .since the reply NO ONE from customer services has been in touch, and my original email to them has still not been answered
..update . They have replied on trust pilot, below, but continue to ignore my emails, and no one from customer services have been in touch with me. These thief's still have £26 of my money ....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Why o why do I keep getting scammed bought what I thought was an ice making machine what did I get a box with 2 ice cube trays with a drawer at the front to put in freezer

I was just about to order 10 hand held fans for family and friends. So glad I came here first, have ordered some proper fans from a proper company and now my friend told me about some absolutely shocking shelves she bought that fell off the wall!! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

Ordered a dog grooming brush over 2 weeks ago. No update on it being dispatched yet. Wish I had read the reviews on here 1st as I wouldn't of purchased anything from this store.

Absolutely disgusting site, I returned a item, have emailed for my refund 9 times, no reply, rude, would never recommend, don’t buy of this site it’s shite

Orderd 2 inflatable pool chairs, went to pay and before you knew it, was charged for another 4, even though i sent an e mail on the same evening, asking not to send the extra 4, and once again sent a e mail the next day as thier customer service advises, got no response at all untill i recieved mail saying your order is on the way, i now have 6 inflatable pool chairs, with 2 free pumps. Would advise not to deal with this company.

What is wrong with this company?? So many bad reviews and now another one from me... no sign of my order and no response from customer services... shocking company!!

No delivery YET. Order placed and payment taken. March 27th. Today is April 26th. No response to previous complaints. One star awarded only because there is no alternative. You say you will respond soon, are you lying or incompetent. What is happening?

Item delivered from china without any english instructions. wireless adaptor for andriod auto will npt connect without a password.

Ordered a bathroom rail 5 weeks ago, no update or tracking info, 4 unanswered e mails to "customer service" (UK e mail address, obviously being ignored fully in China....) asked for a refund or a firm delivery date, absolutely crap service and no follow up £30 down the drain. Looking at the other reviews seems like if the product does ever turn up it will be useless. Fingers burnt, my bad I usually check out reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING, USELESS COMPANY!!!
