Not reliable in terms of warranties and after sales service…
The previous company apparently under the same name failed to register the warranty of a boiler that was installed by them . The company conveniently ceased business in 2022 to avoid possibly any outstanding liabilities. The same engineers work for the same named company. The diagnostic visit was poor, just some visual observation which proved to be wrong- I had to call for the manufacturer to get a proper diagnostic - Go go boilers called for the wrong parts to be replaced as the diagnostic tests were not done thoroughly. Poor service, not to be trusted with warranties and after sales service.

The GoGo website made booking a service easy
The GoGo website made it very easy to book a Combi Boiler service visit online.
Their Gas Engineer turned up on time and gave me 20 minutes notification prior to his arrival.
The service was carried out courteously, efficiently and professionally.

Happy with the boiler fitted and also the afterservice
Bought a new boiler last year from Go Go, a very local firm to where we live. Good boiler, 15 year parts and labour warranty which is peace of mind. Just had the first service which went fine too. Polite and efficient engineer. Thorough and documented inspection. Would recommend.

I have now had two boilers fitted by GOGO Boilers, I rarely write reviews but in this instance feel compelled as I received excellent service and a competitive price from Steve and a flawless install from Oliver. If you are in the market for a new boiler I wouldn’t “GOGO” anywhere else !

professional, honest and efficient
professional, honest and efficient. i was recommended gogo after getting a few extortionate quotes from other companies for a new boiler installation. british gas + pimlico quoted me £5-6k for manadatory add ons i didn’t want, and told me i’d need scaffolding which would add another £1k. gogo boilers were honest and didn’t try to sell me on anything i didn’t want or need, told me none of the add ons i was told i had to have were needed, saving me £4k. they were also super efficient on the day and finished earlier than expected! i can’t recommend them enough

Fitter came in allocated time
Fitter came in allocated time. Left him to it. After a while told me all done and good, with no issues. Clean, tidy and polite. Paid invoice, then he went to next job.

Kitchen mixer tap replacement
The job was done quickly and efficiently, clean and tidy.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was supposed to have been done on Friday as booked but it seems that a previous job overrun so then it was done Saturday morning
