I have had about 3 packages delivered to the wrong address and they have been almost no help! I think I may start to not order from them anymore.

This has to be one of the worst run companies in the USA today and believe me, there are a lot of them around but this company takes the cake. It's bad enough these fools made me wait almost three months before i could claim the gift cards i rightfully earned through doing their idiotic surveys and such, and finally got that resolved after having to go through the BBB and Trustpilot to get some action taken against them on my behalf, but now they have really outdone themselves where it is becoming damn near impossible to earn points off their stupid repetitive surveys, that is, if they don't malfunction while taking them or being told you don't even qualify despite the fact you haven't even begun to take a new survey and already a disclaimer pops up saying you're not eligible?! How the hell is this even fair and proper and honest for a business to engage in such frivolities and dishonesty and chicanery? Trying to get a hold of them is another issue and when you try and pinpoint the problems to them, they carry on attitudes as if you're the one doing the wrong and not them! This company seriously needs to be investigated to a point that maybe what's best is to have them shut down once and for all as they are very dishonest and disloyal to a tee and have screwed me and possibly others out of their rightful points and to top that off, they have now reduced the number of points you can even earn for just doing miniscule activities on there...it went from 15 to 10 to 5 and now 3 points, but yet, these clowns want to make you earn 4000 points to get a gift card that will take almost three months to claim?! HOW IS THIS PROPER AND LEGAL?! After I attain this last card from them, I'm through with them as I and many others are just fed up with dealing with their constant shenanigans and chicanery they keep engaging and practicing at this company! You earn the points by completing the surveys, you have the right to claim a gift card but don't make it hard for us to claim even the most minute of points and then issuing surveys that don't even work properly or dealing with repetiive surveys and third party surveys that offer literally nothing of value to the consumer and allow other ways to earn points as well! This company seriously needs to be shut down immediately and vetted to the fullest extent that the law would allow as what they're doing there is very bizarre and strange and quite deceptive as I know I'm not the only one who has been encountering all this guff from them! What charlatans and ingrates to do all this! I took the time to do this work for them, the least they can do is provide me with my missing points so I can claim the card I rightfully earned and not make it difficult now to even claim a few points in the ways they have been engaging as of late.
I've also noticed as well that their surveys are purposely containing right and wrong answers to some of the questions they are asking on there as surveys are designated to be opinion-based, not having right and wrong answers attached to them as I found out based on the way you answer a certain section will determine whether you move to the next screen or not and that also is unfair and deceitful at their end. This should never be the case when filling these things out, as they're called surveys for a reason which never should contain pre-arranged right and wrong answers to them and how you answer them advances or not advances you to the next section! That's been happening a lot as well with them. And as of recent on 8/14/2025, I'm now having to refresh their pages just to get a survey to work on their website with the same surveys repeating over and over again and still, their staff refuses to answer any of my concerns and inquiries and time to get the FTC involved and shut this company down immediately and for them to offer restitutions to everyone they have harmed throughout the years! Enough of this crap already!

UPDATE: I finally received my earned reward, still disappointed on the time of delivery. A confirmation or something would have make me feel much better after redeeming so many points.

I have been an active rewards member for a very long time. I even have been an ambassador to some of the local screenings when they are in my local town. Sadly, after finally earning 4k rewards points, I redeemed them for a $25 Google Play gift card and yet to have received it. Very disappointed after spending time doing daily log ins, reviewdle challenges, entering sweepstakes, and responding to several surveys. 4k is a lot of points to earn 3-25 points at a time, it took FOREVER! The rewards redemptions should be sent immediately after you send in the points! When I pay for things, I get what I paid for immediately, so this should be no different.

Not even one star deserve this company. Unfortunately, I am on the same boat. I have been waiting for 4 months for the $25 GC redemption, and more than 5 times I have contacted them asking about the status, all that I have received are nonsense excuses, like "our team is checking if your account is in good stand" or "the card will be issued shortly". They are using the customers to get the reviews, for free, offering fake rewards, and if they think that is not illegal, they are wrong. The site should be closed and denounced, it is time to stop dishonest companies to continue operating in this country.

We all need to band together and file complaints against Gofobo with the FTC, and other rrelevant agencies because clearly they seem to be dishonest by not honoring their gift card redemptions and just giving members the run-around. I also have been waiting for an Amazon gift card and now I read all these reviews and it makes me angry

It's been months since I "redeemed" my $25 gift card in exchange for all the surveys I filled out at their site, I have yet to see the gift card... If you contact them, they have an auto response that just says accounts have to be verified before gift cards are sent, and that there is no timeline for it. In this day and age, this just sounds like bullshit to me. I completely lost my trust in them.

They have you do activities to earn points for gift cards, but when you redeem, they never pay out. I redeemed my points almost 2 months ago and still nothing. Don't waste your time.

I have been contacting this company since December about the two poodles never receiving the package and the company is telling me we are sorry. I am out $39.95. So you might as well say $40 so they just gonna take my money away from me and not give me the product nor give me back my money.
They may have done some customers, right, but for me this company is a total scam! I reached out to them weekly if not twice a week on their website as well as through my email. They’re telling me more than 30 days has passed! I have been reaching out to them before has apse. But they rather keep the product and keep my money! Think twice before you purchased from these people

Garbage Rewards website. They recently cut the rewards points per activity from 10 to 5, so now it will take me 800 surveys/trailers instead of 400 to get a lousy $25 gift card. Lame.

Entire site is a scam other than free screenings
Unless you can get lucky and find a free screening, stay away from this site. Won a gift that I never got, they don't credit correctly when you take their surveys (actually deduct what you earn) and they have no way of contacting them. You will get tons of junk mail after signing up because they apparently sell your information. BIG SCAM! And the final kicker was right before I could finally cash in on one of their $25 reward cards, THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT!!!! I turned them into the BBB, but they just ignored all forms of contact. This place should not be allowed on the internet!!!!

They will immediately reroute you to a support Trump campaign. If this is a political platform, I'm out. Either side. F*** gofobo.

I've been continuously unsubscribing and marking emails as spam for almost two years but they keep finding new ways to send multiple emails a day to my personal email.

They used to be all about screenings but now 90% of the emails are trailers and sweepstakes. I see I can unsubscribe from the trailers and sweepstakes but that still doesn't change that most of their newsletter content is spam.
Also, it's been a few years, but the last screening I was invited to, the theater wasn't even aware Gofobo was hosting a screening. Looked at my printed out pass like it was some sort of scam. I bought my ticket and the hosts arrived after. Not upset about it but you'd think they would've told the theater days in advance.
