Scammed us for 1,700 USD. We would have tried to solve the issue ourselves (he put an incorrect address on the label and left the post code field empty, which, according to POST NL is one of 2 fields they scan during the sorting process) but he refused to provide us a receipt or the sender's name. I called and wrote POST NL, they told me over and over again, that only the Sender was responsible. They also told me that they are in no way obliged to call the customer, in case delivery fails. They expect the sender to call within 2 days after delivery.
After 20 days, the parcel was returned to China. It had a fake return address on it and is lost forever. This "RCLeon" did neither help solve the case nor did he reship. On his website it says "Delivery Guarantee", but this obviously a lie, a marketing gag.
He refused to talk to me or provide me the opportunity to talk to his manager. He simply plays dead.
Since he a generous sponsor of many forums, he is still listed as reliable vendor, which I experience as deeply cynical joke.
Since he hides (probably in Hong Kong), police cannot do a thing, unfortunately. Chine allows their citizens to steal from people living outside China and do not cooperate with any foreign Law Enforcement.
This is a good example to not trust forums who take money from shops. We will never see the stolen money again...
Also, beware: On his web shop, he also advertises criminal activities like selling an illegal schedule I substance (same category as heroin) in bulk amounts, starting in units of a thousand grams.
We should have looked closer, this is a real criminal.

Good to hearing from you again, since you have blocked me on any other channel. I was almost afraid, we wouldn't hear from each other ever again.
My friend did not deal with you which seemed like forever to me, to trying to save the order. I never told him how you would sabotage my attempts to redirect the parcel to the correct address, that I talked to the mail carrier multiple times and that you would constantly lie to me or not react at all, like the wrong address you put on the label was none of your business at all. I didn't want to bore him with details, but I, personally, will definitely never order with your whole company again, unless you finally decide to make up for having messed up. You did not even say sorry, that I still can't understand either.
I am still manlike disappointed about how you acted, that you would not help a bit but only steal my time and that you did not stick to the reship guarantee you promise on your website.
I got up in the middle of the night to contact you, all the calls, all my attempts to beg the mail carrier to assist me, all was for nothing just because you would simply refuse to say a word.
I still do not and cannot believe that you acted like that, what a douche you are... Only after you had confirmation that the parcel was definitely destroyed by Chinese customs, you would all of a sudden provide me with the infos I would have needed all the time.
Why would you even choose a mail carrier that refuses to assist the recipient and would always tell me I had to get in touch with the sender, with you (!), since he is the only person allowed to ask for an address update, if you are too lazy to make a simple call and provide them with the correct address?
I have never ever dealt with such a mean and arrogant and helpless vendor as you turned out to be. My friend has little money on the side, for me this also was a financial disaster.
The sheer fact that you would neither help nor stick to the re-ship guarantee that you advertise with, makes you a scammer! There is not the slightest doubt about that: You and you alone messed this up and made us lose so much money.
