Im very happy with the go buses service booked 2 ticket ¹1 for me and my wife from Tysons to Manhattan it was aswem service i will booked again for my new destination thank you guys

I will never EVER book on this bus again. The bus never came and when I called to find out what happen the customer service rep told me I was lying and everyone was picked up. Then went on to tell me my daughter was on the bus when she was still in my car! She was rude and when I ask for a supervisor she said she was one and there was nobody above her. Said she wasn't driving the bus so she didnt know why I was yelling at her. Will definitely be sticking to Amtrak for now on!

Overall the experience was satisfactory. On the trip to our destination, the bus was prompt and quick however on the return trip, the first bus had tech issues then we had to wait for a back up bus. Once it arrived we left then had to stop off to drop off a driver who apparently was off work? Then the driver, who was very nice, couldn't maintain his lane while driving. We arrived almost an hour later then originally scheduled. Overall the trip was ok.

I had a terrible experience with Go Buses. I arrived with my party at the station 10 minutes before my bus departed, and waited 30 minutes before calling Customer Service, who said we’d missed the bus which had departed at 1:00. The station was incredibly small - we would have noticed a big bus pulling in and leaving. When we called customer service again to try to get a refund, the representative was incredibly rude and dismissive. Will not be traveling with Go Buses again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the buses were. Service was friendly and punctual. Buses were clean; even the restroom was great. A very easy and cost effective way to travel between NYC and Northern Va. Customer service was good- my daughter left her phone on the bus, and they got it back to us the next morning! Thank you Go Buses!

The ride from D.C. to VA was seamless. A great driver, great speed and perfect arrival time. On the way back, it was the opposite. The driver was disorganized with the passenger list and had issues with people who had bought tickets since that roster was printed. There were people who wanted to buy cash tickets which really held up the process. This should not be allowed. Passengers were taking up two seats and the driver walked past multiple times without saying anything. The driver decided we needed a rest stop less than an hour from NYC. He told everyone to be back by a certain time. Many people were still in line at Starbucks at that time. After everyone was back on the bus, the driver did not know if everyone was there or not so we waited another ten minutes. The driver was playing Indian music which could be heard several rows back. The ride home took 90 minutes longer than the trip there and it was not a traffic issue.

Bus was clean, driver was very nice, wifi and outlets were working, got to NY on time which happens VERY rarely!

Smooth ride, pretty much on time except for some traffic and weather delays. Seating a bit cramped -- sufficient leg room but not enough for arms and shoulders.

I have traveled twice on this bus line and on both trips the WiFi did not work. Traveling with a child and no WiFi is very hard when you are told that it does work. Also the tvs didn’t work neither. Other then that it was okay

we recently traveled on go bus for the first time..unfortunately, due to my husband having a medical emergency, we only managed to be on the bus for about two hours..we had no choice but to ask the bus driver to stop and request an ambulance.. our driver, ramon, was cool, calm and collected and we were transported and in the local hospital emergency room in about fifteen minutes..i can’t say enough how much we appreciate the professionalism and compassion that was shown..

I am the customer since go bus start their journey.. before that academy bus using for best bus.. anyway i love go bus and their services from very beginning, i did unlimited rides with go bus.. i am a platinum member.. i was shocked one day i called customer service And the representative couldn’t solve my problem also her behavior was so rude.. she was screaming on me.. when i request to is there no way u can help me out.. she was screaming on me.. i meant wow .. this is call customer service!!
And there is one driver .. I believe many people did complain about him.. his name may be james, old black guy.. may be he work on Wednesday vienna to NY.. he is rude too with all

Very clean bus with trip right on time. Outside boarding in Manhattan was easy. Driver was excellent. We arrived in Cambridge on the dot. Thanks.

I am sitting here at a rest stop in Mt Holly NJ waiting for the new bus driver to take over the route. I have been on this bus since 9 am and it is now 1:09 pm and we were supposed to be in NYC. This is outrageous. The driver did not announce the stop nor give us a reason for it. I do not recommend this bus line.

Go Buses is the best in the business. I have relied on Go Buses' round trip from Newton MA to NYC for over a year now and have only positive things to say about this company and their service. The buses are clean and quiet and usually on time, the drivers are courteous and professional, the price is excellent, and the management cares about the customers. Thank you Go Buses!
