Bought a fishing net for a nautical themed party. Had clicked on the one that was large, and it took me to another page to check out(a different one and much smaller net was what I received ) I'd I had known that was going to h@ppen I would have ordered from somewhere else

This was the first time I used Gobstock and I will buy from them again and I would recommend them. The whole process was extremely easy and the items arrived pretty quickly!

Overall pleased that we could salvage the defective prong as we are in the middle of a project. Thank you for being so prompt with the order.

Not only was Gobstock the only one to have what I wanted, they also shipped quickly as well! Totally satisfied!!

Like many of the other reviewers have said, there is no communication from this company. Been over two weeks since placing my order and now the item is out of stock. Don't know if I'll ever receive my order.

I ordered something on Monday and I received it on Friday! I was worried Friday evening about not getting the items because it was urgent that I had it for Saturday so I emailed them....mind you it was in the evening and probably after hours,BUT within a short time I got a response with the tracking number! When I went to the box the next day (Saturday morning) the package was in the box waiting for me!!!! I'm definitely impressed bc I'm in MS and this was my first time ever using this cite so I didn't know what to expect...the day I ordered was the day they shipped it! Thanks Gobstock I must use your cite again!

I received my order in an unbelievably short amount of time, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Once I contacted Gobstock, I received notification that they would ship a new product immediately to replace the damaged one. They then realized that there was no more inventory to ship a replacement, so I was issued a full refund. Great experience, just need to find a replacement.

Evidently what I thought was a common product wasn't so I was delighted to find that Gobstock not only carried it, they had it in inventory AND it was the best price on the internet!!! It was a simple ordering process and my item arrived in three days. Gobstock is now MY #1 place to check for the things I need.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have emailed three times to ask where my order was and still no answer. Next step file a complaint with paypal. People if you can't fill orders then get off the internet. I think this is a SCAM company.

I ordered a pattern on 7/22 - wrote an email on 7/30, 7/31 I get a note that the pattern has shipped, NOT, it is still sitting in "pre-shipped" status. Common people get your act together, not sure if I will ever get the pattern since the status is "pre-shipped," it hasn't been picked up. Will never order from here again....

Shipping times are insanely long, 2 weeks later still hasn't shipped. No response to emails, phone is automated. Not sure if this is a complete scam or what ? I wish I would have read reviews before I placed my order. Product description was lacking. I had to find out details on another website. Stay away. Find a reputable store. Would not do business with again. I never write reviews but esp bad ones but just unbelievable.

My order was accepted even though the vine balls were currently out of stock. The website said they should have them back in in 30 days so... I received a note saying they were cancelling my order due to them being out of stock. Why did Gobstock accept the order in the first place? I got back onto the website to see if they were going to carry this item in the future and they had increased the price on their website for this item from $1.60 to $6.99. I had originally ordered 12 each in 2 separate shipments... both shipments were cancelled... That is a huge price increase...

I placed my order and received the email confirmation. After 7 days I emailed asking when to expect my order, I didn't get any reply. After 10 days I tried again at this point in time I already really needed my items. I finally received a response flat out stating we know we're not the fastest at shipping that's why we say 2 to 10 days. And they were going to ship tomorrow which would be day 11. I asked if it was going to be another 3 to 5 days. The next day I get. Email stating they were short and cannot give me all the items I ordered and do I want a refund. At this point in time I was completely out of time for what I needed had to scramble to find something else. Yes I wanted a refund about 20 days later I receive a email stating the items were shipped. Yet once again had to contact them via email since that's the only way. Do not order from them unless you absolutely have to Awful experience

I put an order in online and wrote in the area provided that I absolutely needed it by a certain date, and was willing to pay for overnight shipping if needed, and to please have someone contact me. I heard nothing. Then I sent them an email. I still have heard nothing. Their website does not offer a phone number so I spent plenty of time researching a phone number on-line and finally found one. I called it and it's a generic message, so I don't even know if it is the company or not! This is horrible customer service!!!!!
