I loved that they gave me a heads up 45 min prior to arrival, gives me time to prepare. Rashad & David put together my new table & bench with ease making the experience quick & easy! Rashad checked in to make sure it was the correct design & color prior to drilling which I think is A+. It gave me one last chance to really see the pieces in my space. Great experience and they really put in work on a hot summer day, thanks guys!

Daniel, Charles & Freddy were the best. They delivered my Castlery table and chairs and unbeknownst to me the items weren’t pre-assembled. The guys took their time a meticulously assembled the table. They were very prompt in their delivery and arrived as scheduled and kept me aware of the delivery arrival via text. Great experience all around. Would definitely love to have these 3 guys deliver to me again. Service was in Orange County California

I live in a high rise with horrible traffic and difficult parking but these guys got to the loading dock as instructed and delivered a big sofa and rug within 5-10 minutes. Great service and very professional!

The movers truly gave us white glove service. They communicated their arrival time clearly and were on time. They assembled the couch so quickly we were able to enjoy it immediately! I was so happy we chose the assembly/delivery option. Thank you!

So my delivery window was from 9-1pm.
I took a day off of work to receive my package, they were late so i contacted their chat service. Spoke to Abe and he said I was next and driver should be there soon. This was a lie, as the truck didn't move for about another 2 hours. Then the truck was never near my house, and the order canceled. They said it was due to no parking, but this is blasphemy as they delivered Part 1 of the package 2 months prior.

I immediately contacted their chat, and asked to do a curbside drop off, even though this was a white glove delivery.

So i wasted my whole day, then customer service was extremely unhelpful Greesha Muvva was the person, and she was inconsiderate. She said she couldn't get a hold of the driver. LOL are you serious?

Generally for a white glove delivery, there is 1 driver and 1 assistant to help. Are you saying the person not driving was not looking at his phone?

Anyway, this seems to be a canceled delivery since they were backed up, skipped my delivery to go to the next one since they were already 2 hours late.
Customer service sucks, and this company sucks. I plan on canceling my order, so you can deliver the products back to the shipper. Never want to work with this company ever again.

On time, professional, and efficient white glove delivery. Highly recommend this service. I was emailed, and then called at each step along the way. They took all packaging away with them.
