I ordered extra large and it was stunning! A great idea for a different type of bouquet. It gave it for a sixteenth birthday and the recipient loved it!

My wife loved the bouquet. Being a man I thought the flowers were going to be real and was worried about what state the would arrive in. The artificial roses were great, very well made and with the choclates it was very good.

Still didn't receive my order.
What I have to do now?

Ordered from the company based on reviews. Order didn't arrive, no response from the company on phone or email.

Warning, I suspect this could be a scam company so try to speak to a person before you pay any money.

I have emailed support and left messages on the website phone number. No response from anyone. Check the delivery, it wasn't the order or correct name so the gift was not delivered. If this is a valid company why won't they respond to my emails of return my calls? I have sent multiple emails with screenshots showing the order was not delivered.

Beautiful gifts, lots of variety. I bought this for my mum and she absolutely loves it. Delivery was early and all round fantastic service.

Kinder Assorted Explosion Bouquet. Very good value for money, I have bought this for my daughters birthday as she's partial to a bit of chocolate 🍫 this is arranged really nicely in a flower box, arrived quickly but it did have a fine white dust on it (easy to wipe off though)

It was delivered 3 days after Valentine's day. I contacted the company by e-mail and chat and had no answer at all. Terrible service!

NOT impressed. My Valentine order was not delivered Order Number 31754 ! but you had the audacity to send me an email today to see if I liked the flowers! When I phone I just get a voice mail. Seems very shady to me! Is this a fraudulent company? £38.99 spent!
