Shocking customer service. Absolute scam. Stay well clear. Poor products and refused to refund once I paid for return. £40 wasted. They don’t get so many awful reviews for no reason!

Ignore their response. They have made absolutely no effort to correct their mistake.

Fast shipment, quality product

What a terrible business. They have a promising product that is completely ruined by terrible customer support and low quality products. I ordered 2 of the 2nd largest size. They were delivered in a damaged box, but that's besides the point. The posters were advertised as 18x24 inches. When they came, they were actually 16.5x 22.5 inches. This might not seem like a big deal until you buy frames specifically for 18x24 and now you can see the cardboard backing of the frame around the edges of the poster. What good is that? Where am I going to find a 16.5 x 22.5 inch frame? So the product is completely useless and now sits on a shelf unused.

I contacted customer support and they essentially told me "too bad" since their posters can have "SLIGHT" (1.5 inches is not slight) size variations. $100 and you can't print a piece of paper properly???

They are going to respond to this comment and say I contacted them outside the 14 day return policy, to which my response is, I DO NOT CARE. Any reputable, quality store would own up to their mistake of sending a useless product. Return policies are meant for people who change their mind and don't want it, not for trapping customers with scam product that is not what was ordered or advertised. Your business model is not based on the cost of materials, it's based on authenticity. How much could it have cost you to print a new one in the correct size and re ship it? It's minimal when compared to losing a customer, which you have.

Oh, also, their languages on the posters are all messed up. They are not consistent. For example, 2 Barcelona posters (both in Spanish) have some words in Spanish, some in English, some have wrong grammar in Spanish, Etc. The worst part is that it's not consistent between products, it's random. So one Spanish posted is perfectly fine, the other is all wrong. For someone with OCD, this is infuriating. I brought this up to them and they completely missed the point about consistency between products and said something like "we want to keep the language of the place it is from"... OK, obviously, but that doesn't explain why one Spanish poster says "Barcelona players" while another says "players Barcelona" (a poor translation of the Spanish form "jugadores Barcelona" -- WHY are they not the same and WHY are some in Spanish and others in e English FOR THE SAME TEAM/COUNTRY/COMPETITION.

Will never buy from them again.

Regarding their reply to this review:

1) they tried to flag this review as defamation. Wow.

2) I was not “refunded”. You refused a refund so I disputed the charge with my bank.

3) I did not ask for new sizes “for free”. I explained that since your 18x24 size isn’t printed properly, maybe your smaller sizes are and you can replace with those. It was clearly an effort on my end to accommodate your printed error, and now you have used that as me trying to get “free” posters? I even offered to send the bigger ones back. Why would I want to exchange the bigger (more expensive) ones for the smaller ones? My point was that your 18x24 size is broken and maybe the next size down isn’t.

4) the language is literally incorrect I don’t know what to tell you. I’m looking at them right now. One says “Argentina players” the other says “players Argentina”.

5) I had to follow up to get an actual reply from you once I brought up the size issues.

I cannot believe you are now spreading misinformation about my order to respond to my 1 star review. Even worse than I thought.

I recently made a purchase from Goal of Fame, and my experience has been mostly positive. From the moment I placed my order, their customer service team was attentive and responsive. Although there was a minor delay in receiving the tracking number, the support team provided clear updates and reassured me throughout the process.

The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. The print was impeccable, and the packaging ensured it arrived in perfect condition. The attention to detail in the poster was particularly impressive, capturing everything from the starting lineup to the goal presentation with precision.

However, I did encounter an issue with the frame. The only option available on their site was a metal frame, but I received a plastic one instead. While this was disappointing, the team handled my concern with great professionalism. They promptly offered to replace the frame with the correct metal one, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Despite this hiccup, I am unsure if the pricey frame option is worth the extra cost. The plastic frame, while not what I ordered, still looked good, but considering the price difference, it might be something to reconsider for future purchases.

That said, the overall product, packaging, and design are amazing. Goal of Fame truly goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service and high-quality items. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for unique and well-crafted products, just with a note of caution regarding the frame options.
