I regularly use Go2products for my label needs, and I won't go anywhere else! The speed of service is excellent, I know when I order that the labels will come quickly. This is really important to me as sometimes I run out of labels quicker that I am expecting! The quality is excellent and the website is really easy to use.

From start to finish, well finish with this particular experience as I shall purchase from them again soon. Maybe even tonight in fact!

(1) I found the website easy to navigate. I especially liked the fact that you can select a material and then your required size but then you have the option to select that size in other selected materials!
They even advise you which products are not suited for your type of printer, most companies couldn't care a less if you bought the wrong thing!
The site offers you free of charge to download the printer templates and even supplies the Avery template code. Not a great task for you to find elsewhere, but a nice touch and all on the same site, they didn't have to do that to sell their products!

(2) I like the fact that this company caters not only for large Consumers that buy in bulk, but also to smaller consumers right down to myself just a guy buying stuff for his own personal use. A downside for me being a sole personal use consumer, was the inability to purchase a very few products in small batches. This I state again was literally one or two products and is completely understandable, for example custom sizes. I generally buy paper in batches of between 100 to 500 (dependent on the size of course), as this was my first purchase I bought 20 sheets each of about 5 or 6 different products. I am going to top those up now.

(3) Check out was simple and secure with all the usual ways to pay, including the up and coming PayPal, great if you have a PayPal credit account. I even received a discount with my small order, even though they offer very reasonable prices!

(4) Great communication throughout the entire process.

(5) Delivery time was short and bang on! My paper arrived each batch individually wrapped in clear plastic sleeves, extremely well labelled (printer type, adhesive type,size, top & side margins,horizontal & vertical gaps between labels, Avery template code, quantity of labels per A4 sheet) and of course company details and re-ordering process. Sadly but no big deal, it didn't state on the label the quantity of sheets, however there was a packing slip, so no biggy! All of this was neatly packaged in a cardboard box, the correct size so at nothing moved about in transit, and all arrived in perfect condition.

(6) Lastly, the quality of the paper was as expected, fine good quality. Exactly what was ordered and purchased and exactly what was expected.

Last note: I rarely rate anything 5 stars for good reason. Too many people rate 5 stars if their order just arrives! People rarely read many 5 star reviews, people rarely leave 4 star reviews. By leaving 4 stars I have more chance of someone reading this honest review. It would have been a 5 star but for one thing a very understandable non ability to purchase some items in small batches, so to be true to myself it cannot be a five. I rate this somewhere between 4.5 to 4.75. An honest review of a great company.

Edit: I stated my products arrived in a cardboard box, this is incorrect. They arrived in a well wrapped plastic envelope, completely undamaged. I'd hate to give false information.

My addition: I usually always check Trustpilot when dealing with new companies. Strangely I didn't on this occasion, however all turned out perfect anyway. After I wrote my review I checked others reviews. I wanted to test out my theory on 4 star reviews. I was surprised to see that there actually were 4 star reviews! but not many though, hahaha. However something very surprising and very professional and pleasing was noticed, every single review has received a reply from GO2PRODUCTS.CO.UK. Top marks for that guys, shows very good customer relations!
