The bracelet is nice and the charms are very cute too, but you need to be careful not to wet them and such.
I accidentally ordered the wrong bracelet and requested a refund as soon as I sent the order, but they didn't see the request and sent it to me anyway.
The return services and help center are easy to reach out to and they are super available to find solutions and help out, not a bad experience overall

Ho acquistato i ciondoli di dragon trainer per il compleanno di mia figlia, stupendi!!! Purtroppo il bracciale era di una misura troppo piccola ma é srato possibile cambiarlo con quello della misura corretta. Gioielli bellissimi, servizio clienti gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente.

Ho comprato da Gnoce con un po' di timore di non ricevere assistenza o che l'ordine non venisse mai spedito, ma sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. La spedizione è stata stranamente veloce! Ho acquistato 4 charm: 1 portafortuna e 3 di My Hero Academia. Questi ultimi, in questione, mi hanno creato dei problemi; ho scritto all'assistenza tramite WhatsApp e non via email (li non rispondono). L'assistenza è stata estremamente cordiale e disponibile: spiegato il problema, ho ricevuto dei charm sostitutivi in poco tempo.
