Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I had service this good. It was straightforward, fast and reliable. I was kept informed at every step. The company would have received my email on Monday asking if they wanted to buy a used motobility scooter. The scooter was picked up Tuesday and the money was in my account on Thursday, the day they received it. Thank you Jeremy from GMS Mobility.

Having been around for 87 years I have found that dealing with many companies can be a frightening experience but having recently purchased a mobility scooter from GMS Mobility I have had my previous views on customer service torn to shreds by them as they have treated my return of the scooter with the most outstanding courtesy I have ever come across especially as the return was my own fault for not finding out the rules of my Old peoples retirement home which meant that I could not keep the scooter inside under the stairs of public access to the flats. I have always found that when speaking to ladies on the telephone they are always polite, but Georgina was way beyond that with her kind help in returning this scooter to them. Following my call they had the scooter picked up the following day, back to base the next day and money refunded on the same day. That is the most extraordinary performance one could ever wish for. Thank you, Georgina, you are a credit to your fine company. Kindest Regards

I bought a mobile scooter from GMS on the 15/05/24 received said scooter on the 17/05/24.
I cannot fault the service provided by this company enough.
I was nervous about buying on line, especially when they were so far away, but the correspondence from Georgina Wicks was first class and she put my mind at ease.
I needed a scooter man enough to go up a campsite road that was made out of chippings, as my scooter only made it half way up, so my go go sport has gone back home for good and I now have a Shoprider ( road master ) Cadiz to use while I'm away. In just under 2 weeks i have used my scooter 10 days, and I would feel very confident using this scooter on the main roads.
So am I delighted with my purchase = YES.
Would I recommend GMS = YES
Would I use GMS again, that is most definitely a YES 💯 yes.

I bought a scooter recently from GMS, however, upon arrival it was found to have a couple of faults that I was not aware of, after a discussion with both Georgina and Jeremy I decided it was not the one for me. There were no hard feelings or hard sell for another scooter. The refund process was simple and straightforward. Although disappointed not to keep the scooter it was a pleasure to deal with two people who have mastered that art of customer care. I have no hesitation in telling anyone that this is a company that does exactly what it says in the Ad. Well done.

I contacted GMS about selling my mobility scooter to them. We agreed a price and they sent a courier to collect it, then I received the money after they received the scooter. It was all very simple and efficient. There were no problems at all. I would certainly recommend GMS Mobility.

Cannot fault the service provided by this company. Georgina was always quick in answering my queries, scooter was picked up the next day, and, once checked, money went straight into the bank. In this day and age it is sometimes hard to trust new companies, but my faith has been restored by this one!

Contacted Jeremy at GMS mobility Colchester, by phone he was really helpful and informative. On his recommendations we visited the showroom, where we were welcomed by 2 other staff, what a credit to the company they also are, warm, friendly and informative. I can't recommend highly enough contacting them with any issues you may have or buying a product.

The scooter arrived in excellent condition and very quickly.My scooter is a 2001 model so to find one as good as this is fantastic. The delivery guys were also very good and allowed me to take the scooter for a spin on arrival. Communication was also great with update of when I could expect delivery . My eFoldi motor scooter had been used just twice when my better half became unable to use it anymore. I contacted GMS Mobility and my case was handled by Georgina, who guided me through the whole experience. The scooter was collected timeously and today I received an email informing me that payment had been made to my account. I find it unusual these days that firms work so well at providing such an efficient and painless online business transaction. I would thank Georgina for her very kind and caring personality, and I would urge anyone who is thinking of selling their scooter to deal with GMS Mobility and Georgina. They will not be disappointed.

I emailed the sales team about a mobility scooter I had for sale and received a reply and offer on the same day. As soon as I’d confirmed my acceptance the collection and payment process was explained and collection was booked in for the next day. The courier firm kept me fully updated on collection time.

As soon as the item was received by GMS payment was made direct into my bank account, as promised.

Georgina was really nice and very helpful. Explaining the whole process and keeping me fully informed.
