Dobe xbox one cooling fan
It got shipped through Royal mail very quickly,one thing I will say is I never got no updates on when it got shipped as i also could not track it either until it was delivered. When I did recieve it the dobe xbox one cooling fan i could immediately tell the box look like it had been sitting around a while and look like it had taken a few hits aswell once I got it opened out of the box and inspected it i straight away noticed the USB port to plug it into the xbox one had clearly been damaged as the USB port had been pushed in at an angle to where if you attempted to insert into the xbox it wouldn't work,so I literally had to take it all apart and found the 2 screws holding the USB port down to then unscrew and realign the USB port so it sits level for it to be able to be used in the xbox one console. This was stated upon the GMB website as new so this is my reasoning for only 3 stars.

Hi Phil, Sorry to hear about that. Although the packaging was a bit worse for ware, it was actually a new product. Its one that has been with us for many years (and moved location) but it was actually un-used so the USB must of been a defect from the manufacturer which isn't uncommon with these third party products.
Apologies about the postage. Although we had updated the Royal Mail reference to Shopify, we mustn't of ticked the box to 'send notification to customer' that one is entirely our fault..

Nice and efficient with polite and friendly service. Kids love going and dosent cost a fortune for a well worth experience. Great for birthdays too if the kids are into playing games with their friends.
