Great experience. The course provided everything I needed and more. My trainer Vernon made everything easy and was always on hand if needed to ensure a smooth experience. The entire course had a relaxed atmosphere and worked around our work schedules.
10/10 experience and outcome

I'm proud to say I passed my exam as a facilities specialist team leader supervisor today, and I got a distinction.
I genuinely enjoyed doing this course; I learnt so much.
I have gained confidence while doing this course, and I'm looking forward to seeing where my journey takes me next.

The training was informative and helpful for preparing me for the job ahead, however there were a few things that weren’t relevant or terribly important to the designated job, so it left me feeling a bit mixed, although I would definitely trust this company for other opportunities!

Great tutors that took the time to explain clearly and using their personal experiences to explain about the practices we will need to adhere to so that we provide safe food preparation and a clean enviroment

Training was great, very well set out and interactive.

everyone was nice, thoughtful and had fun personalities :) the information being taught was helpful and informative. the group activities was my favourite part as well as getting a tour around the ward, etc.

The trainers were all personable and could get along with everyone in the room. Great teaching with efficiency too. 10/10

I’m proud to share that I successfully completed my Facilities Management Level 3 qualification back in August!

Before starting the course, I was quite nervous and unsure of what to expect. Thankfully, my tutor Dave was incredibly chilled and supportive, which really helped me relax and gain confidence.

I genuinely enjoyed the course and the opportunity to challenge myself and engage my brain — so much so that I’ve now enrolled for Level 4. Excited for what’s next on this journey of learning and development!

I recently completed my Level 5 Learning & Development Consultant / Business Partner apprenticeship with GLP Training, and I’m really pleased with the experience. The programme was well structured, and the support I received made a huge difference to my journey.

My tutor (Kelly) was fantastic – she brought the course content to life, made it relevant to my role, and was always there to guide me. Her encouragement and expertise helped me stay on track and build confidence all the way through to my EPA, which I’m delighted to have passed.

I would highly recommend GLP Training to anyone considering an apprenticeship.

Having just completed the 4 day plastering course I feel credit needs to be given to glp and especially rich. The course itself is great and given me every confidence in expanding my business towards plastering. At the beginning of the course I felt like I could plaster, but not good enough to use as a skill to use alongside my property maintenance business. Having completed the course I am confident to board and skim and carry out a variety of different repairs to a really good standard. Rich is a wealth of knowledge and is there every step of the way guiding you through the process. He managed to spread himself evenly through the class and got everyone to a great standard.
The facilities that glp offer are next level, an amazing workshop with everything set out in a way that ensures you get the most out of the experience. No messing around trying to find things, no stalling, just straight to it- making sure you get the very most of every day you are there!

I’ve just finished the 2-week plastering course and can’t recommend it enough! The course was packed with valuable insights, taught in a clear and practical way. A huge thanks to Rich for being such a knowledgeable and supportive teacher. I learned so much and really enjoyed the experience.

Having recently finished my L5 Operations & Departmental Manager Apprenticeship, I want to thank my tutor Vern, for his support, patience and dedication in helping me achieve my desired results!

What I appreciate about Vern, is not just his knowledge and teaching ability, but how much he genuinely cares about the success and wellbeing of his students. He made sure I always knew what I was doing and took the time to explain things clearly and patiently (even if he had to repeat it several times to me, until it sunk into my brain!).

His support during my preparation for the EPA was second to none. Thank you for making the time for me when I needed it the most!

Vern has truly been the backbone of my apprenticeship journey. Thanks to him, I didn’t just get a Distinction - I grew in confidence, skills, and belief in my potential!
