Brilliant service, I loved the fact that you can purchase samples and they give you a special discount for the full-size products.

This is my go-to online shop for all of my green beauty products; Glow Organic stock a wide variety of products that I have grown to love. I actually came across their website when I just started making the switch to natural & organic cosmetics and the website makes it so easy to navigate your way through everything (clunky outdated websites is a personal pet peeve). Delivery is always prompt and if you do have any questions, the team get back to you quickly - you won't have to wait weeks and chase them until kingdom come! I personally love that there is always something new, there are beauty tips, everything is just so beautifully put together and the products are selected carefully. You can see that the team put the effort into the customer journey which I absolutely adore!

The only thing I would say is It would be really nice if they stocked some more affordable lines as there are lots of very good cheaper organic products out there .

I made the switch to natural, cruelty free beauty a few years ago and found I was spending a lot of money on products that didn't turn out to be any good - then I found Glow Organic! I trust in Mel to curate the very best products out there and never feel like I am wasting money which - for someone living on a stringent budget - is a delight. The postage and service is outstanding and I will use Glow Organic again and again!

My order came so quickly, and was beautifully and sustainably packaged. I love the sample service too, just trying to work out what I'd like to sample! Very happy customer, just waiting for payday so I can order lovely non toxic products again.

Fast delivery of my order and everything came as requested. The only downside was that I had ordered 4 samples of different lipsticks to see what they were like in person before buying - the quantities that came in the sample pots were vastly different!! Two of the four had next to nothing in them - considering you pay the same amount for each sample, I would expect an equal sample amount in each pot.

Top service and top products! Would 100% recommend!

I ordered some samples from Glow Organic and from the information available on the website I expected 5g pots of samples. I was puzzled when I received the samples with a small scraping of product inside.
I contacted Glow Organic, as I thought there must have been a mistake and Mel responded explaining that the pots were 5gs but the provided a small sample for you to try plus a discount code to allow you to purchase the full sized item cheaper. She did however offer to send me another set of samples for me to try the products again. I did not managed to respond to her email for a few days and another set of samples arrived before I had chance to write a reply!
So despite the small confusion at the beginning, I received good customer service from Mel at Glow Organic and I would use them again. The only suggestion I can make is to put a little note on the website explaining the sample sizes! 😊
