So I ordered their new lash recharge and the brush was dry, so I contacted them with photos and videos of the products, the team then got back to me with apologies and sent me out new ones ! I use the hair, brow & lash serum they are amazing just in a matter of weeks I’ve notice new growth I’m so happy as I lost so much hair due to calorie deficit and weight loss had to have a big chop ! Thank you so so much guys for all your amazing help and also with your amazing serums ! Yeayyyyyy ❤️

They are thieves, please do not buy from them. I never received the product, I don't even know where they ship from, and they don't give refunds.

This product is absolutely incredible!! I have seen results in as little as 5 weeks and so have others I have had comments on how fresh my face look and someone asked me if I had bottox but it’s just my lashes that have changed. I stopped getting my lash extensions at the beginning of December due to them ruining my lashes and also the expense. This has been so worth it.

So I ordered from tiktok their lash serum and my parcel went missing on delivery! The team were brilliant and have sent me out another one without hesitation! I just want to thank them because I have been going through a lot and this was something I bought myself as a treat and was gutted when it wasnt here and was clearly stolen! Brilliant customer service and I will write another review once I get the new one and give an update on my lash progress! Thank you again guys!

Absolutely LOVE this brand

I have had a fantastic experience with every product I have used from Glow For It from the Lash & Brow Serums to the Lip Oils & Cleansing balm. As somebody with super sensitive skin I have to be cautious and aware of ingredients etc but everything is very clearly labelled on the outer packaging and any questions I had the customer service team were quick, friendly and efficient with communication.

The results are exactly as I would've hoped, with consistent use my lashes and brows are more gorgeous and strong than ever (currently loving the lash recharge)

this company has truly changed my life in august i had basically no lashes and felt not like my self until i found this company i started using nightly and now i have the longest thickest lashes i could wish for thank u glow for it xx

My first order as I have heard good reviews the product was damaged during delivery as was sent from tik tok shop. Customer service was very friendly helpful and rectified the issue straight away hassle free. 5 star service would defo recommend. Glow for it box packaging is lush and love the white glow for it box it comes with.

Bought a lash serum and brown mascara set of TikTok shop at a reduced price for the set. Firstly, the package arrived without the lash serum. The lash serum was the main reason I was making the purchase, bought the set as was reduced price and thought it would be a good time to try the mascara too as they claimed the mascara also helped lash growth. When I contacted the customer service, informing them about the missing lash serum they responded “ we assure you we did pack both the serum and the mascara”. Sounded like they were accusing me of lying that a didn’t receive the serum. The delivered box had no damage or signs of being opened. They eventually sent it a replacement serum.

The mascara was awful. It was very dry and didn’t deposit any bulk on to the lashes. It went straight in the bin. It must have been a very old production batch of the mascara that they got rid of by selling it as a duo with the lash serum at reduced price.

The lash serum actually worked and my lashes had some visible growth, eventually. But to keep lashes at that growth I’d have to use this serum non stop. Once I stopped using the lash serum, after about 2/3 months, possibly a bit longer, my lashes look like they did originally. So the growth results are only temporary, or as long as you’re using the lash serum.

AMAZING!! i have genetically thin and weak lashes and this has completely transformed them.

Okay, where to begin… normally I have decent lashes however, since applying false lashes and the damage caused, I thought never again. It had taken nearly a year of research and reading reviews that I decided to purchase this lash serum and ….it works. My lashes have grown a great deal since purchasing 4 weeks ago. I see the difference each new week, it’s great and I look so much better with my own natural lashes. I purchased the mascara to work on the lashes throughout the day. So I'd seen all these positive reviews on Tiktok and thought I'd give it a go.

2 for £18 seemed like a bargain!

First off, it stated it would be here in 2 days, fast forward 2 weeks it eventually turned up after chasing for an update.

I've applied it as stated on the box for the past 3 weeks and rather than growth I've lost patches of eyelashes. Literally brushing with a spooley and they're coming out.
I've never had eyelash extensions so I know it isn't from previous damage.

Safe to say the serum is being binned and never ordering again

Ordered the 2 for 1 deal for Black Friday and only received one item. I tried to contact the team but I was only able to speak to a bot.

I was a fan but the customer service has been abysmal. Won’t be buying again.

Can’t say much about the product itself at the moment but what I can say is I had a problem with the lash serum I received. I made contact with the company who apologised and resolved this quickly and efficiently and sent me out a new serum! The team were very helpful

I've been using Lash Recharge alongside my Lash Growth Serum for the last few weeks and have seen such a difference in not only the length of my lashes but the thickness. My lash line is looking a lot fuller now in comparison to a few weeks ago which I am really happy about. You do need to be consistent to see results so I've been trying hard to use this every evening before I go to bed, I purposely put this next to my toothbrush so I don't forget.

I love the lash serum ! I’ve not been fussed to try any other products but the serum alone has saved my natural lashes 😩 my before and after pictures are unbelievable, just like the ones I see advertised which I never thought would happen as I always believed they were edited ! I would very much so recommend been using it for just about a year now x
