The Gas Safe Engineer was polite, worked efficiently and left the boiler in a clean state.
I had instructed a service and gas safety check on an older gas boiler.
The Gas Safe Engineer didn’t use the opportunity to ‘sell’ me a new boiler. He tested the boiler and provided a certificate of safety.

Twice booked, and still the job remains uncompleted. The first time I understand, it was a last minute cancellation from their end as the engineer needed a personal day. That, I get! So I rescheduled for 1400hrs a few weeks down the line. I arrived at my house at 1345 and waited patiently. No one came so I rang the office and was told the engineer was at my property shortly before 1330 and because there was answer, the job was aborted. Bare in mind the appointment was set for 1400hrs and this was the second day I've had to take off work. And now the office isn't replying to my emails. Very unprofessional.

When redoing our bathroom, the initial discussions and advice were excellent; unfortunately because of how busy they were, it took a while to get the work started. The timeline which we were given went according to plan which was helpful to us.
The plumber and carpenter in particular were excellent in their workmanship.

After contacting Gloucester Plumbing & Heating an appointment was scheduled in quick time. Zak was professional, prompt to communications and incredibly supportive in defining the requirements for the works, despite the changes which were required in the run up (driven entirely by myself). Zak was patient and was happy to ammend upon request. During the work Louis and Kev were incredibly polite and courteous at all times, respectful of the property and kept me updated throughout. A few issues did occur during the work, but these were addressed swiftly and promptly without any questions or issue. Work is now conplete and we are very pleased, all work completed to a quality standard (a couple very minor snags but nothing in comparison to some of the experiences I've had in the past). All in all I would happily use again, took all the stress out of organising the different trades, professional, great communication and easy to work with.

Disappointing service from this company unfortunately.
They carried out a gas boiler service in February but after finding a problem with gas pressure the service was aborted . They returned on March 16th and repaired the problem and left saying all is OK now.
On Sunday 10th April we awoke to find that there had been a leak from a pipe joint under the boiler which had caused serious damage to our newly plastered ceiling.
I contacted them the following day regarding this .
They arrived at 3.00pm that day and found the leaking joint and tightened the nut. The fitter left after photographing the damage saying that the office would be in touch as soon as possible.
I rang the office on Wednesday 13th after not hearing from them only to be told that they were not responsible for the leak as they hadn’t touched that joint during the repair job.
Surely any reputable company would have checked the joints under the boiler on completion of the job and would have found the leak ( it would only have taken a few minutes ) but they didn’t and subsequently a lot of damage was caused.
The engineer that I spoke to in the office was adamant that they were not responsible for the leak and said that the matter was closed as far as he was concerned .
As a result of this I would not ever use this company again and would advise anyone else to be very careful when dealing with them.

This Company was recommended to me when I was planning a re-fit for my en suite. From the very first visit Zak was both professional and gave excellent advice. I was e mailed a schedule of what day each trade would be working and their name so I felt secure in who would be working in our home. The end result was amazing and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Please be aware that this company do not take payment by credit card. Their preferred payment method is in to their bank or by cheque.

From the initial contact Izzy, Zak and Jordan were superb - they did what was promised, when it was promised and at the price agreed. Definitely a fan, and they will certainly always be my first port of call for heating and plumbing issues!

Had a new bathroom fitted and cannot fault these guys. Very clean and tidy and completed the work to a great standard along with new woodwork and flooring arranged. Zak was very efficient and the price quoted was the price I paid. Will be using them again shortly for another bathroom fit.

Clean, efficient and great communication skills.

gloucester plumbing and heating are excellent. they were very friendly and helpful when I first contacted them, through to competent and helpful workmen who always go the extra mile. As a mature person I felt very safe with them.

Our tenant had a boiler breakdown. We had used GP&H for the annual landlord certification so enquired whether they could do an emergency repair ,initially they could not find a slot that same day but when I explained the tenant was a key worker i.e nurse GH&P found a slot in between jobs to attend and repaired the boiler. Its comforting in this world that there are still people that will go the extra mile. Top organisation and people really grateful to everyone at GH&P A++++++

A very professional company - from efficient office staff to knowledgeable plumbers. I got exactly what I wanted at a fair and reasonable price.

Please don't bother phoning any other company as these guys (and girls) are fabulous. As a landlord I've used this company for years, they've always given honest advice and acted swiftly in an emergency.

I had work done recently to install a new mains water pipe. The workers were very polite and the job was done to a high standard and in less time than allocated. They even went above and beyond and installed my new dishwasher, going to get extra supplies also. All work was well done and the cost was very reasonable. Would recommend.
