SCAM. Look out for Duncan Mitchell and Raymond Burton. They are very, very professional I’m not a stupid person but yes - they have such a convincing website and are so professional they fooled me.

When I tried to withdraw the £11, 000 that was showing in my very professional looking account account due to my “Senior Account Manager” the withdrawal was agreed. Except they send you an invoice and ask you to pay THEIR fees first - and then they will send you the balance. They were asking me to send €3000 first and then they would send my account balance.

That’s when I realised something was very wrong. I refused to pay obviously and asked why they don’t just knock their own fees off their own invoice? But apparently, in the trading world, this is normal. Like hell it is.

So my account manager called me back and when I started asking too many questions he put the phone down on me. That’s when I finally accepted that I never had £11, 000 in the first place.

Avoid like the plague. The phone calls come from Switzerland, York and Cambridge and an initial call from Fulham, London. It’s international organised crime.

Its scam, Matt Lee will allways try to make you double your invest according to "get a better account" (Gold Acc. , etc.) once you stop reinvest nobody will call you back anymore. Moreover he told me about a "swap free" Account, if i invest more Money but they never gave me the swapfree account. In the End i payed a "rollover kommission" which was almost as high as a SWAP. After all my trades have been closed, I wanted to withdraw the rest of my funds but Acc. verification denied it.

Keine Auszahlung des Gewinns, ohne eine erneute Zahlung für hohe Beratungskosten, deren Höhe sich am Gewinn orientiert. Der Betrug liegt darin, dass der hohe Gewinn nur dann ausgezahlt wird (angeblich), wenn man die Beratungskosten extra zahlt, anstatt dass sie von der Gesamtsumme abgezogen werden. Eine Auszahlung habe ich trotz anteiliger Zahlung bisher nicht erhalten. Also das Versprechen des Beraters diente nur dazu, mich darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass die volle Summe, und nicht nur ein Anteil, gezahlt werden muss. Desweiteren war es nicht möglich, mein Konto zu verifizieren. Meine Angaben wurden immer wieder gelöscht. Ohne Verifizierung kann man sich kein Geld auszahlen! Finger weg, alles Betrug.

I can only thank both Charles &Jason for their undivided help and attention 10 out of10 for both of them. Big problem countless scam emails and phone calls claiming to be from Gloffix financial dept. always giving a different name and making believe they know you .Actually I had email claiming that Gloffix was closing down whilst I was talking to them . DON'T fall it and DO NOT give them your details they are just after your money. Check with your Gloffix advisor first before you give any of yur details. BEWARE THE SCAMMERS

this site has one of the best customer services when it is time to deposit money but when it is time to make a withdrawal, then boom the excellency in the customer service went.
i had serious issues making withdrawal requests until i gave up on them.I am glad i involved refundprocedure.link when i realised i had lost my money..

Betrug auf höchsten Niveau.. Zuerst lassen sie dich einzahlen. Dann meldet sich ein gewisser Matt Lee wo mir einen Bonus gibt von 5000USD nur damit er mir zeigen kann das man schneller Geld machen kann. Auf jedenfall hat er sich 1 Woche Zeit genommen und 94 Prozent erwirtschaftet.. Nicht schlecht mit einem Fake System wo überhaupt nicht übereinstimmt mit den originalen Charts. Wo der Tag gekommen ist um einen Withdrawal zu tätigen war 1 Trade mit 4300 USD im minus. (natürlich hatte er das absichtlich gemacht), somit hatte er mich in der Hand. Er wollte das ich die 5000 USD investiere und der Trade offen bleibt. Habe dankend abgelehnt. Und nach den Telefongeschpraech war die Balance auf Null. GLOFFIX SCAM 100% Unlizensierte Firma!!! Hände weg!

Stay away from this website. They are scammers. I opened my account with gloffix and I deposited £250 and then when they rang me the first time they said its enough and that I can start trading with this money. So my account manager phoned me a few days later and he wanted me to deposit more money otherwise he wouldn't help me trade. After that I logged into my account and it said my balance was £0 so I asked them what happened to my £250 that I deposited and they said they will investigate it but still it kept showing £0 and never came on my balance. So I wanted to withdraw my deposit back and I had to send them some documents to withdraw it back which I did, but every time they told me I needed other documents for the withdrawal and every time I sent the documents they asked for they told me more is missing. How is that possible when I already sent what they told me was missing the first time? Somebody rang me and said they were from gloffix and wanted me to download an app so that they could access my device but I said no and hung up the phone so I spoke to gloffix after this to find out if it was them or not and they said their website was under attack from hackers. They then said they will give me £100 bonus to trade with but I told them I don't want that i just want my money back that I deposited and I sent a review on this website and a different account manager phoned me and said they're going to help me and send me my money back and that the review i left was too important for their website and asked me to delete it so I did as they said they were going to pay my money back in 5 working days but it's been longer than this and they still haven't refunded me my money and they don't reply to my emails. I haven't traded any money there just lost my deposit as I still haven't received it so everyone who reads this review please don't think I traded with them and lost my money this way because I never made a trade. They just won't send me my deposit back. Please before trading with gloffix think twice before you deposit any money to them because they have scammed me.

Appears to behind a bunch of those Chinacoin scam emails/websites I've been receiving recently, no detectable trustworthy business practices at any point as far as I can tell.

You should be bloody ashamed of your selves scamming hard working honest people! Utter disgrace! If anyone is thinking of going near these criminals then DONT stay away and keep your money safe! Gloffix is a RIP off dont go near thay will bleed you dry and still want more a one way ticket to doom. Thay have broken every rule in the book to lock and steal my hard earned cash, go near this evil organisation at your own peril . Still cant work out why thay are so despicable and greedy, 22k I can't withdrew or trade. The finance department falsely clame I owe them £700 now in 2days Intrest must pay £1520. As part of there scam there is two sites UK and USA when thay pull there scams you will be locked out UK site and can only get base information been locked out of uk site 2 days so I cant even see the trashing of my account.
UNREGLATED SCUM. Come on Gloffix do you have the goar to reply to my allagitons . Will update with full story when the nightmare ends. If any one can advise how to bring Gloffix to knees any thoughts welcome, I will visit so called London office and will inform FSA and Visa I want to stop the wolf ripping off the sheep. Definitely, once you have register your interest you will be straight away contact it. Please don't fall for this, like the other reviewer said , this is definitely written by people who works for this Dodgy companies.
I have invested $250 but finding how unregulated this is , once you invest no chance for your money back . Even their policy says - within 14 days you can get your refund. That never happens! Once I was asked to download app call "Anydesk" that's where I called them and ask them for refund, ever since than, I said I don't want to do any trading their phonecalls just been very rude !
At this point I was within 14 days if not satisfied I will get my money back. Please that's a lie, once they have your money it's too late!
I know for sure there will be coming more positive reviews but please, don't believe them ! Definitely written by their own staff!

This is a scam, these positive reviews are from the employees. As soon as you register interest in this youll get bombbarded with calls to pressure and rail road you into it.
I tried to get my money back to have an advisor of theres start kicking off at me then put the phone down. Ive filled in loads of forms etc... and now no reply at all to my emails but still get harrassment calls from traders.

I am trying to recover my deposit from this broker, from a month ago, but without success
They are lieing me constantly, and passing me from account manager to support, one tells me to contact the account manager, and the other to contact support.
So my advice is to stay away because they are certainly not trustable.

Un timo de broker, metes 255€ y cuando quieres salir te dicen que tienes que tener un volumen mínimo de 500.000$ que timo es esta, ojo con el timo de broker. Yo voy a denunciar a la CNMV en España.
