1. They don't make it clear that you are signing up for a subscription.

2. When you use their "Cancel Subscription" button it does not cancel and keep giving a new ship date.

I am not 100% sure if this is the case with Gloe, but it sounds like if they make it so hard to cancel that you give up and just keep paying. If you want to keep getting the product fine, but if you change your mind it could be a real challenge like I experienced.

During the 2025 December rush, I was purchasing gifts and encountered Gloe Cosmetics on my feed. Their products appeared to be well-suited for my friend's acne concerns. However, the company's practices have raised significant concerns. After emailing them twice to request subscription cancellation, the process proved to be not straightforward. Gloe Cosmetics' deceptive subscription practices, inadequate customer service, and product discrepancies, including enrolling customers in recurring subscriptions without explicit consent, have resulted in challenges when attempting to cancel or obtain refunds.

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE. Ordered a product on December 1st 2025. Never arrived. Refund still hasn't appeared and its now the last week of January 2026. Total scam

Took some time but got it and worked, most of these reviews are fakes.

This company gets your money and freeze your option to cancel with the condition to order more products. I feel I was robbed by a scam. I am waiting for 14 days for their response and if no resolution I will report as a scam and dispute the payment. I feel so sad that im wasting my time with this.

A total con. Received a message telling me it was express posted. Nothing arrived. Do not buy this product

This product is terrible, not as advertised and the offer on site 2 for 1 does not follow through and you end up with one product which is as said terrible.

This is a scam. The product they sent me was under a different brand name. The cream was white. It was lotion.

Do not use this company , despite repeated request to cancel a subscription they continue to try & take money from me . Last month I was charged but received no product from them . Beware doing business with this company ! .

Scam. I never received the product. They create a tracking number that never shows active. They refused to refund me so I had to charge it back using my credit card.

Purchased 2 moisturisers and the applicators. It was lodged with courier but has not been delivered. No courier tracking at all, no response to my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Total scam, stealing money from people for a fake product that isn’t even delivered.

Purchased this product, GLOE Match Foundation 4 in1 and they sent me a different product. I have emailed them numerous times with absolutely no response. I received something called EelHope, not GLOE Match Foundation 4 in 1. Is this even a real product or was I scammed.
