Everything went according to instructions and plan. Tour director was very engaging and friendly. Made everything a lot of fun

Overall, trip was very good. Guide and Coach Driver were excellent! Saw many places we may have otherwise missed.

The trip was a bit fast paced. Some additional free time away from the tight schedule of the tour, would be nice.

Walking for some of the elderly guests in our group was a bit much. This fact may have been overlooked by the travelers. Or, maybe if the Cosmos Literature would be more intense in conveying this fact, would also help. These are in fact, more difficult tours for those with health, excessive walking or disability issues.

This was our first time in Greece. The tour leaders and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed learning the culture and history, as well as the hospitality of the local people.

Accommodations and ship size an issue.

Tour itself and the guides were great/outstanding. Globus should have provided more background information (links, YouTube), for review on Greek and Turkish history (Guides shared a bit).

The "Shrines of Italy" trip was the very best, we've ever been on! It was more than what we could have imagined or expected. Cosmos was a big part in that. Excellent guide; Lorena. Bus was comfortable and driver drove safely. Our group enjoyed each other's company. Got to see so much beauty in Italy! Highly, highly recommend!

This company no longer provides porter service so you are responsible for managing your bag throughout the tour. Unfortunately our group did not know about this change in policy until we arrived at our first destination. Many participants who were single travelers and those with health and mobility issues would not have signed up with this company had we known that they had discontinued this service.

Secondly, some of us did not know that if you develop Covid symptoms, you will be asked to test and if the test is positive, you will be denied access on the bus. An older single, injured participant on our tour was denied access to the bus upon agreeing to take a Coved test and testing positive. She was left behind at that stop, in a foreign country where she did not speak the language, and was responsible for making her own way from that point on. (Some assistance was provided with booking some aspects of the alternative travel elements). Upon learning that this single, older, injured and sick participant would be left alone to navigate the complicated alternative travel (that included trains, planes and taxis), offered to stay behind to accompany her and ensure that she arrived safely at her destination. This was extremely stressful (especially while sick) and she would not have managed without the assistance of this fellow tour participant who kindly gave up her tour days to help. Because she did not have Covid related insurance, she had to pay for the the extras costs for herself and her traveling companion. Be sure that your travel insurance includes trip interruption and/or isolation for Covid! And, be sure that, if you are single, that you travel with a companion who is prepared to stay behind with you in the event of a medical emergency, whether that is Covid or otherwise, because you will be left behind - alone.

We later learned that other travelers who were aware of this Covid policy simply advised that the practice amongst travelers is to NOT identify if they develop Covid symptoms and to NOT test. It became rather obvious in subsequent days that other travelers had symptoms yet they continued to board the bus and participate in tour activities, unmasked. By the end of the tour and within 24 hours of landing home, the majority of the 40 tour participants developed Covid. Which draws into question the purpose of denying access to the bus for the one honest participant and in fact, to the efficacy of the policy/protocol at all.

Since there are no requirements for Covid testing to travel by public bus, train or air, I recommend that Cosmos also remove this policy/protocol. Alternatively, the company should have a protocol for assisting the traveler that they leave behind instead of simply abandoning them.

The sites that we visited and the excellent tour guide that we had were outstanding. Our driver was awesome as well.

The Faith based tour is a realization of my dream. The places that were grouped together in this tour was just perfect.

Great Tour Guide and Bus driver! Places visited are all beautiful and amazing! Tour guide, Roxane is very knowledgeable and bus driver, Antonio is always careful and helpful with tourist coming and going off the bus.

Everything is amazing especially the tour guide and the driver. Of all places i want Lourdes and Fatima the most. It was a very memorable tour for me. Am very honor to refer cosmos to my family and friends!

The itinerary is very good, tour director & driver were excellent however some of the hotels were below my expectations. Also, I was disappointed that there was no hotel porterage included. Hence, I do not plan to travel with Cosmos in the immediate future.

The tour itself except for the travel agent

I was so nervous at first because I never used a company for tours but it was amazing. Starting with my agent Michael and then with my amazing tour guide Yair and the best bus driver Mahdi they're exceptional. Respectful, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, attentive and much more. It has been the most enjoyable time of my life and my family. Thank you to all !!! Here in affordable tours and cosmos.

The bus was so comfortable, the driver did a fantastic job on some of the roads. Our tour director was so pleasant and knew her stuff. She was very organized as well. The group I was travelling with were so friendly. Everyone was on time for departures.

My friend and I like the tour which includes different parts of Israel and we were happy with our tour guide. We were not happy on the last hotel (Ibis Hotel) where we stayed because we have to haul our luggage for about three blocks (downhill/uphill) because the tour bus can't park near the hotel. Majority of the folks in the tour are seniors and we struggle hauling our luggage to the hotel.

The unique experience was topped by opportunities to reflect on life’s blessings, as well as struggles. We were ecstatic on completing the walk with no injuries, no blisters yet full of profound “saudade”. We felt the Lord’s blessing and protection along the treacherous way.

Advertised as Holy Land Discovery, Faith based Catholic itinerary, I'm really disappointed that the company did not make it a priority to schedule Sunday Mass during the trip. Sundays are a must for Catholics to attend Holy Mass. Room assignments in Centro Hotel in Jordan was chaotic. Rooms were reeking with the smell of smoke. Tour director in Jordan was not up to par. He did not show real concern for the group. He gave a hurried tour on the last day, no lunch break given. We were back in the hotel around 2:30pm. He did not even say goodbye to the group.

I learned so much seeing the spots that Paul walked. Now when I read the bible I can see the locations. What could have turned out to be a bad experience was not. My husband had to go to a Greece ER. Our tour director Lida took complete control and got us there. She even came back to the ER and sat with me until his release. We are talking hours of waiting. We had her on the land tour. Then George tour director on the cruise made sure he was OK. Giving us extra time to leave for excursions. I was pleases with all the hotels. The Zafolia is a beautiful hotel. I just didn't like the location. When we are instructed to walk on the other side of the street. Apparently one side is safer then the other. I did not at all see any reason to go to Santorini. We were the only ship there and it was to crowded. In my opinion I would have rather stayed on the ship. We were just bused there and dropped off. This tour, which was not cheap, is really the only one I was disappointed with. Several of others in our group had the same opinion. Even in the airport we were talking to a stranger and they even commented they were disappointed.
