Exceptional customer service
We ordered a pink Globber scooter for my daughter, but a blue one arrived by mistake. I contacted the customer care team, and they responded with such kindness and immediately arranged for the correct pink scooter to be sent by overnight delivery.
What could have been a disappointing experience was handled with such care and generosity that it turned into the loveliest surprise for our family and left both my daughter and her little brother incredibly happy.
It is rare to experience customer service that feels so genuinely caring and personal. They went above and beyond to find a thoughtful solution, and we are truly grateful. We will absolutely choose Plum Play again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Sturdy little bike
Lovely sturdy little bike bought for my Grandsons 2nd birthday. So easy to put together. My grandson loves it, he isn’t tall for his age and it’s perfect for him on the lowest saddle height. I think the bike is more 2 -5 years rather than 3 - 6

My contact was handled by one agent, Kaya, considering I was unsure how to explain the assembly problems I was having, Kaya understood them and was able to articulate in writing how to fix these, one by one, not rushed, written in a way I could follow and implement. After the first set of instructions, I still had a problem as I could not lower the seat. Once again Kaya explained how to do this, one done all my issues were resolved. Considering I wrote the message around midday and was not expecting a reply for a few days, I was pleased to have had the responses within the hour. So really pleased with the service from Plum Plays agent Kaya. :)

Extremely bad packaging
Box was very beaten up by the time I received it. Also they put the shipping label directly on the box so had to gift it with the label as when I tried to peel it off it started ripping the box underneath. Very poor packaging! Disappointing!

Our autistic son loves his 3-wheel…
Our autistic son loves his 3-wheel scooter & he uses it almost everywhere. After getting too big for the 'Child' scooters, we researched options for 'Teen/Adult' 3-wheeled scooters. In all honesty, we struggled to find something suitable, until I saw Globber. Being more expensive, we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. I ordered a Globber scooter & when it arrived, it was perfect! Roll on a few months & the back wheel developed a 'clicking' sound. I contacted Globber to see if they could help. It wasn't long before Courtney emailed me to apologise for the problem. She asked for video & photos of the issue, which we sent. Anyway, I opened my email this morning & I'd got a reply back from Courtney. Because no replacement parts are available to fix the issue, Globber are sending us a brand new scooter instead! To say my son is now happy, is a true understatement. Massive thanks to Courtney & Globber for all their help. 👍👏👍
