this company is the worst, never can get a reservation, iata number does not show up at major hotels, Hiatt Regency ets, no one Ever Calls u back, what else do you need to know!

Upon sign up, they promised a 3day 2-night stay certificate. After 3 calls to the customer service line and year later, i am still waiting on the certificate.

I signed up for the renewal after one year promo for $99. Well for the one year promo plus the $99 membership/yr, as of today (2years in) I have NOT been able to get into my account to schedule any vacations for me, my family or friends. I have tried multiple times to call or email to have this corrected and nothing has changed. I asked for a refund over 2mos ago and have yet to hear back from them!!! NEVER again and will also share this with everybody I know!!!

Can never get through on the phone, callbacks are spotty and if you miss it you can't get through again. I have referred new clients to the business and they called 3 times and never got a call back.

I've tried to cancel numerous times, and the one good thing GTI is good at is avoiding contact. Emails not responded to, phone calls not responded to, but I get charged a membership fee but never intended on becoming a member.

I am an "agent" and have to find out how to shop for a trip as a travel agent without calling each destination individually. This is a rip-off.

This is not a real business opportunity. They will absorb your money!

Scam! I have several commiss that i haven't been paid for. I requested a new id card 5x after mine expired. I still haven't received it but they made sure to charge my cc 199.00. Automatically. They say they are going to loom into every thing but it never happens. No one ever calls you or e-mails you back.

The prices are average at best! I get better pricing on Trivago or Book.com

I can never get someone to answer, on hold up to hour or more.

I find better deals on other sites. Plus I sent off for my free cruise and the form came back with the address undeliverable. I will be canceling my membership.

The wait on the phone for customer service is ridiculous...call backs are rare....customer service on the management level is lacking...customer service hours should be longer. Pay is not timely....exceeded 30 days and I got tired of checking. Still don't know if I have received anything. On a brighter note...
There are some decent customer service agents.
I finally got a manager to correct an ongoing issue and go beyond.
The system is easy to navigate.

I joined Global Travel International almost one year ago. I explained multiple times to multiple people within the company that I was unable to see their training videos and asked what I could do to see them in another way, or if someone could help answer questions I had. Months later, still no help. Constantly, getting "well let me see what I can do and I'll get back with you" or "well who did you speak with" and after I respond, they never respond back. I've lost multiple customers because I did not know what to do. I've not received one sale and it's quickly approaching one year with the company.

Found company GTI out of Maitland Fl. through trusted web search site for cruises as lowest price quoted. By using GTI, you are automatically enrolled in their travel club for $1. Called and said we're not interested in travel club. They told us travel club could not be cancelled until after cruise. After cruise made several calls to make sure was cancelled and were assured it was. Year later Visa charged $99 for travel club renewal we did not want or use and thought was cancelled. Called and was told cancelling now but would not refund $99 back. Contested through Visa and eventually got it back. This company gives lowball cruise bids to trick customers into joining their travel club in hopes they don't notice when they bill for it a year later. They are very sneaky as they do not send anything that would alert you to what they are doing and could be used against them. There was no contact from them during that year, just a bill hidden in our Visa. They should be based out of Samala!
