Great customer service and the team did a great job through the process. Very professional and timely with their submissions to help me fight my case. Certainly upfront and transparent.

I have two refunds that were purchased on my Celebrity cruise in September 2023. I provided the stamped documents at the airport prior to leaving the country - Athens Greece. I have also sent original receipts via mails with copies of the stamped documents to the address they provided in Europe, which they said they have not received. Without these documents they say they cannot issue the refund. My advice is - ask for the discount when you purchase the item and avoid this Global Blue process altogether. You are not going to get your refund. I would also suggest Celebrity Cruises avoid telling their customers to use this service, not a good business model to make a sale.

They messed around and messed around .. promised to retrieve my funds from Blockchain. Com with a super duper password breaker. 3 mths nothing!! Excuses Excuses THEN turned it back on me to sue the bank!! Then after delays and more delays I ran out of time!! Initial contact was $2000 for 6mths!! Gone money!!! AGAIN!!

I am happy with the approach Kymm and the GRG team is taken so far in guiding me to recover the money that was lost in a part-time job scam. I hope there is a long way to go yet I am awaiting patiently for Binance and By bit, the Crypto platforms to respond the letters I have sent, which Kymm and the team drafted for me. I am hoping for a positive response including the other banks soon. Again, expecting fullest corporation from Kymm and the team until all money is recovered and thanking for the assistance up to date.

I am very happy with Kymm and the team for helping me recover a portion of the money that was lost in a trading scam (as of the moment around 18% recovery). We still have a long way to go but you have to be patient for the banks and the company to reply as they will have to investigate. I am hoping for a positive response with the other banks soon.
