Customer Service and Consistent Communication
Bamidele's consistent communication from the beginning of the process to the end, was above and beyond the call of duty. I was highly impressed with the organization but even moreso with this individual. Mr Akhash followed up diligently but I have to Bamidele is a huge asset. I had worked with a couple of other companies prior to GPS and left with a lot of distrust, but this company were transparent in timelines and very consistent in making sure that our needs were met both in the UK and the US. I highly recommend them and look forward to sending them referrals. If had to mark them out of 10, I'd give them a 20. Exceptional service. Stress-Free VIP Airport Experience with Global Plug Services!
I used Global Plug Services for their VIP airport concierge service at Lagos airport during my trip to Nigeria and back to London. The whole process was seamless – I didn’t have to queue or deal with the usual stress of a busy airport. My passport was checked quickly, and my luggage was collected for me with no hassle at all.
