I ordered the full kit with 4 PTZ outdoor cameras, 1 indoor camera and 1 doorbell camera. Everything arrived (within 4 days) and had everything I needed. I did the doorbell and inside camera first, and prepped the others cameras for installation. Unfortunately my wife found the “empty” box and disposed of it, but it still had the 4 solar panels inside. I called customer service, prepared to purchase 4 new ones, but Bella, while initially telling me they can’t sell the separately, told me to give her a chance to elevate the request to management.
Within 2 days I received an email saying that new panels were being shipped, and 3 days later I received them, NO Charge.
This is customer service done right.

Note: I separately purchased corner mounting brackets to allow 270 degree pan on each corner of the house.
The tracking feature and the base station allows me to follow someone 360^ariund the house and produces a single video with all 4 cameras “stitched” together.

This is the worse company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. I had the 4 camera set with doorbell. Firstly the doorbell never got any notifications even when people were only 4 ft away secondly the cameras didnt send through any notifications when there were clearly people in the range for notifications. I also have eufy cams (which i was going to swap for so had both up at the same time) which have me the notifications straight away. So whilst being in the return period i decided these were faulty as im not getting any security if i dont get any notifications,(my router has 1 gig download and 150 mb upload, and the cameras were 10 feet from the router) so botslab agreed with a refund and sent me 2 return labels but both are duds the first sent the parcel to nowhereand the second actually send the item back to myself, after i complained again i received a correct label this was on the 11th of march. Which I quickly went back to the post office and sent it. The label say 24 hours delivery which when you check the tracking it is back in Manchester and says its going to be delivered by 12.00 on the 12th. Ive wrote multiple times to botslab explaining ive done all I can, the items were finally signed for and recieved on the 24th of march. Which botlabs seem to of held up the delivery by not choosing a delivery day until i had to get paypal involved, now that was 6 days ago where they have the items back in their warehouse but now saying they dont know where the package is to confirm its been returned. The customer service is just a scripted dialogue of how they are waiting to hear back from their warehouse. Im sure after 6 days now the company should know if the parcel is there. Ive noticed im not the only person botslab have done this too, The cameras are faulty and not worth the money paid. PLEASE LISTEN TO MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM BOTSLAB YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DON'T.

Very disappointing experience with both the product and customer service.

The dash cam worked fine on the first day after installation. However, when I later tried to connect to download videos, it could no longer connect to the device’s Wi-Fi.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps provided by customer support, including resetting the device, reinstalling the app, and reconnecting multiple times, but nothing worked.

What’s most frustrating is that customer service kept asking me to repeat the same steps over and over again for three days, and repeatedly requested videos of the issue. This was extremely time-consuming and exhausting.

Even when I requested a replacement, I was not given a clear solution and was instead asked to repeat the same process again.

Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the support. I do not recommend it.

Botslab Video Doorbell works exactly as described and Botslab Bella customer service is very helpful and responsive to any needs.

Mittlerweile nutzen wir neben der G980H Dashcam auch die G300H. Mit Recht ist Botslab bei verschiedenen Produkttests ganz vorne gelandet. Der Austausch einer versehentlich als englische Version bestellten G300H gegen eine multilinguale Version wurde ohne Probleme vom Kundenservice - thank you Kelly - veranlasst. Innerhalb von zwei Werktagen wurde geliefert.

Excellent Customer Service. I had damaged my unit and the company sent me a replacement at their expense. Above and beyond what I expected.

Great packaging, Great looks, works smoothly, voice detection needs more upgrades, need remote for smoothly switching cameras and taking photos.

Got this product a few days ago as my other model a different brand stopped working properly, it was easy yo set up and I like the way you have a full frontal view great job

Ich hatte Probleme mit der linken seitlichen Kamera und bin vom Service der Mitarbeiter begeistert. Ivan, Ada und Yana haben mein Problem kompetent gelöst.
Sie antworten sehr schnell finden Lösungen und man merkt ob jemand mit Herz Engagement arbeitet.

I’m really impressed with the Botslab security cameras. I’ve got the doorbell and two W510s up, and they are a huge step up from my previous Ring cameras and doorbell.

The doorbell’s VR fisheye lens is a game-changer. The digital panning (up, down, left and right), in the app, is super-fast, letting you look around the area in a split second. The W510 cameras provide that extra 4K detail I was missing before. Downloaded files are in 4K too. Even though their physical pan is a bit slower than the doorbell's digital move, they’re perfect for tracking and setting up specific zones. I feel much safer knowing any incidents, missed with my old gear, won't go uncaptured this time!
