Glo7 is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. I ordered the hair dye concealer stick and my package was delivered and stolen on April 9th from an other secure location. I don't know what that means, but they said they are here to help me, I did everything they told me to do to find my package and in the end they did nothing. I never wanted a refund, just a offer to replace the item and they did not. They kept on emailing me saying that they are sorry, and that they are here to help me. I will never never purchase anything from this company again

Terrible. I placed an order for a few Hairdressing wands, and realized I made a mistake on color, and emailed Glo7 asking to switch. I was told that the order was processed and asked me to contact Glo7 upon receiving. When it was received I contacted Glo7 for return or replacement. A few days have passed, no response. Glo7 is a knock off of Glo Skin Beauty. Glo7.com is the knockoff site. Gloskinbeauty.com is the actual, very expensive, product site if you're looking for real Glo products.

No customer service. All I received was face white out....no color. No way to get an exchange OR no money back as promised. scam

Worst product and commercial is a total bullshit. I wasted money buying this piece of shit. I will have full review on social media soon and don't waste your money on this.

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered what was advertised as a 20% Azelaic Acid gel, and what I received was… honestly, I have no idea. Whatever it is, it is not authentic azelaic acid gel.

First red flag: the product is extremely sticky. When left on, my skin literally adheres to anything it touches—so much so that I had to pull my face away from surfaces. Authentic azelaic acid gel does not behave like this, nor does it leave a sticky residue. At first, I wondered if it was mistakenly a face wash, but after reviewing the website, it became clear it was simply nothing like what was advertised. Not only that, BUT IT BURNS! My oily, non-sensitive skin turned a bright, irritated red almost immediately.

Second red flag: the product I received looked nothing like the photos online.
• The box arrived taped shut, as if it had already been opened.
• The branding was completely different, with a totally different name and all labeling in Chinese.
• The formula and packaging were not even remotely close to the item pictured on the site.

After further research, I realized the company appears to be using other brands’ before-and-after photos and testimonials to sell these fake products.

Although I placed my order on the 13th and received it by the 22nd, it was absolutely not what I purchased or what was described. I’m genuinely concerned that I applied something to my skin without knowing what’s actually in it.

Please do NOT order from this company.

I purchased a Hair Dye Concealer Stick (3 sticks, with 2 free) from Glo7. One try ... and it was not for me. My hair what so goopy, and weird. Awful.

The site was very clear about a return within 30 days.
The original orders were from the USA. But I asked Glo7 whether their address was the same as the return USA address, I was told the return address was in CHINA.

After an hour in the USPS, I was told it would be $70 - with track. My payment was for $80. It makes no sense to return them to CHINA. This is what really happened with the customers, and how they pay with their time (USPS) and money. 30-day return to China is absolutely no return, that's for sure.

What to do now? Let's my credit card (American Express Platinum) tried to deal with it.

This company is a scam. I called Capital one to look into it and they refunded my money. The company they used to deliver my product is called Cartpanda it is impossible to track my package.NEVFER use this company

Totally terrible experience — if I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two facial devices from Glo7, but what I received were two completely different models. The red one came used, damaged, and without its proper seal, while the white one felt extremely cheap and low-quality — definitely not safe to use on skin.

At first, the company promised to refund both items, but later changed their story and only refunded one. Their customer service was careless and unprofessional, showing no real accountability. Overall, this brand cannot be trusted — poor quality, poor service, and misleading communication.

I love the Cleo Collagen Balm. It makes my skin soft the next day and also seems to make a difference in my visual skin smoothness. Great value for money and size.

Glo7 are scams! Yes I bought one of their products which was falsely advertised!! When i complained , i was told the cream demo is expected not to reflect the cream 😱 and refused to refund my monies. Avoid this company it’s a scam!

Product took 45 days to arrive and was not what I ordered. It is very deceptive. The company is in China. What they sent was 2/3 full and three bottles are $9 on Amazon. I paid $29. I have no idea which is the real product. Customer service is condescending and you really have no recourse.

I ordered glo7 glostick for wrinkle remover. Item came virtually empty. There is NO valid customer service phone number. The number is either just ringing or a message answers stating they are closed and to call back later.
So I emailed customer service about my order arriving virtually empty. The response they gave me was basically, "oh well, that's your problem. We will not refund." Then I ordered another one just to see if the glostick would actually have anything in it this time. Item arrived, melted, but half full this time. I used the stick until it was empty, so about a week and a half. I used the appropriate amount everyday. Nothing happened. No changes in skin tone, wrinkles nor blemishes. I am very disappointed and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE! VUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS, THERE IS NO VALID PHONE NUMBER AND PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!! TOTAL RIP OFF

If l could give them half a star l would.
My product never arrived and when l started asking where it was they didn’t like it. It’s been over a month now and l have been told that they will block my requests for product to be delivered. Australia 🇦🇺 be-wear of these US companies now, it’s like trying to kiss a star impossible. Not to mention their etiquette to the customer id non existent. I have spent over seventy dollars Australian for a product that costs 30 US.

Very poor client service. They were mean to deliver to Singapore. Not received at all. They gave a reference number that they say is the tracking for SingPost but SingPost say it’s not a valid number. Now Glo says they have nothing else and will not be responding for the tin the matter. So I’ve spent hundreds o dollars and a person called Ryan in Glo8 says he’s not going to respond and washes his hands of the matter! Complete dereliction of responsibility and very disappointing such a poor attitude and approach to client service and resolving problems

Do not believe the company's 30 Days Risk-Free Guarantee. they will not refund your money if you open and use the product, but their guarantee says "If you're not happy with the (results), we'll gladly refund your money.

Please explain how I would know that I am not happy with the results if I don't open and use the product?
