I Purchased through cellphone. I was completely taken aback by the professionalism of the person we spoke with, as we had spoke with two other companies and they left us cold. She answered all questions and left no doubt in our mind about purchasing this unit. We were completely surprised about no shipping cost as we are located on the East Coast. Keep up the good customer service.

This chair was delivered on time. And I thought it was good when we took it out of the box. However, we did discover that one of the back "little wheels" was crooked, and then fell off. The little bolt that was supposed to hold it on was broken. I did not break it! I would ask that someone from the Glider Mobility Co contact me as soon as possible.

I depend on reviews when I purchase something. This Max plus Glider Mobility chair is absolutely worth every penny they ask for it. The young lady at customer service (Sam) is absolutely awesome! Along with customer service response they waste no time responding and helping with any issues you have. If you're in the market looking for an electric wheelchair don't think twice. This is the company you want to buy from.

would give more stars if I was given more updates about delivery and if it did'nt take 3 wks. So far no problems with product.

Had a call with a lovely lady who guided me on the explorer and I ended up ordering this.

The quality is impressive and the price is very reasonable.

Paid the 200 and some dollars to have it delivered within 3 to 4 days. It’s over a week ago. I still have not got it.

Great service now my second half can enjoy her new wheels. Also I can lift it in and out of the car.
Now have to try and sell the previous chair that was too heavy for her

The rep was very helpful and friendly was very patient with my husband who has dementia.
The wheelchair was all adjusted to be comfortable for him and all controls explained fully

Did exactly what they said, easy to order and fast delivery. All measurements were correct, I haven't tried it yet due to health but hope to be on it soon.

Very pleased with my chair. Can take my dog out for walks again. Daughter able to put folded chair in the boot of car and was able to have a few days visiting family.

Easy ording and keeping me informed with progress of delivery which arrived on time. Easy to set up and my mother is really pleased with it.

Delivery was on time, I was interested in the ultra lite or nova lite.

I choose the nova lite as the seat was wider, it’s a fantastic wheelchair which is not to heavy. My friends have all asked where I got this from and the gold is a beautiful color.

After looking for a few weeks I decided on the Explorer automatic folding chair. The quality is impressive and it’s not too heavy to hold. Same as normal luggage bag. The battery being removable is a major plus very easy to remove and charge saving me a lot of hassle.

I purchased the ultralite wheelchair. Very happy with the results hole experience, the chair was delivered on time and is off very good quality for a very good price. Highly recommend
