Laura made our wedding / honeymoon experience absolutely incredible. Every detail was carefully arranged and exceeded our expectations. She recommended the best rooms at the hotels we had chosen, secured excellent flight times, and was always available to help with any questions or requests in the lead-up to our wedding. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and support made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. We can’t thank Laura enough for everything she did, and we would highly recommend Glen Travel to anyone planning a special trip. 5-star service from start to finish!

But this time I used a travel company Glen travel. I was immediately emailed back by carol-Ann, she was amazing she listened to what I was looking for straight away she got me a great package I did not have to change anything, anytime I emailed there was always a speedy response

Booked a special holiday for my daughter's 50th birthday. Trip included Memphis, Nashville and New Orleans. Did all the planning only for Glen Travel to inform us it was cxancelled. Extremely disappointing, let down badly, still can't see the promised refund and, although someone might have informed my daughter?, I have no idea why the "very special" trip was cancelled. Would never book with this company again.

Glen Travel are a great travel company, Having used them now for multiple holidays including to Vietnam twice and most recently Cyprus, they go above and beyond. Darcy is excellent to deal with and very helpful. All the staff are professional, courteous and check in regularly with you. I won’t go to any other travel business and look forward to booking our next holiday with them.

I contacted Glen Travel via email and phone early last year to book a multi destination holiday to Vietnam and Doha. Cathryn really went above and beyond and secured us a great package.
5 days before we were meant to travel the war in the Middle East started and unfortunately this resulted in the holiday needing to be cancelled.
Cathryn was really quick to contact me and assured me we would be fully refunded for all aspects of the trip. Cathryn also spent time finding holidays for similar dates and offered up lots of alternatives but we opted to hold tight and will hopefully book Vietnam again for next year.
Although we never got to go on our holiday to Vietnam and Doha which was a bitter pill to swallow, we had absolutely no stress of chasing refunds as this was all swiftly dealt with by Cathryn and the team at Glen Travel. So a big thank you to all of you, especially Cathryn.
I can’t recommend Glen Travel enough, we will definitely be back in touch over the coming months to hopefully get a trip to Vietnam.
And for the record, I live 200 miles away from Glen Travel, I never visited the shop on the high street, it was all done over the phone and via email, the process couldn’t have been any smoother - including the refund

We have two Laura M's to thank for a fantastic holiday. We've recently returned from a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia organised by Laura MacGregor. We had a wonderful time, the locations enabled us to explore both countries' cultures and key areas of interest to us. The hotels chosen by Laura were superb and we felt well and truly spoilt. This was our first such tour so we were a bit apprehensive, but everything went so smoothly, thanks to Laura.

We were due to fly out to Vietnam via Doha just 3 days before the war started in Iran. Laura Marshall worked tirelessly throughout the Sunday to find alternative flights for customers like us and this ensured we were still able to go on vacation. This company is highly efficient, friendly and reassuring. No query or problem we had during the booking process or when it came to changing flights was too big for them. We will definitely use them from now on and we would recommend them highly to all our friends and family.

The hotel was fabulous, food was good, weather was brilliant the staff were very helpful, only downside was the entertainment at night other than that it was a fab holiday and we would go ba ck at that time again

Have booked with Glen Travel on a number of occasions. The service and knowledge/advice has been 1st class.
Sadly our latest trip was affected by the turmoil in the Middle East. Glen Travel(Laura M in particular ) has been amazing. Keeping us updated and taking away any stress the situation has created.

We booked our 1st cruise with Laura MacGregor for sept 2025 , as it was our 1st time we didn't have a clue, she explained everything to us & if we ever had any questions she was always happy to help, we went back for prices for this September but she got us that good a deal for 2 weeks this time so we just booked it 😀 we went on the msc virtuosa & going back on it this year as it's an amazing boat.

Laura and her team put together a dream multi trip holiday for myself and my husband to Thailand. From start to finish it was faultless. I only gave them a little information about what we like and the Absoloutley nailed the perfect locations and hotels! They have amazing customer service and were always on hand to answer any queries. I would highly recommend Glen travel to anyone. I live in London and these are Scottish based.. they have been the best agents I have dealt with.

Just returned from a brilliant trip exploring Vietnam and Cambodia. Thanks to Laura Mac for pulling together the itinerary which gave us a full insight to these fantastic countries. Hotels were all in great locations to explore each city and internal travel was hassle free. Would definitely recommend the Glen Travel service and use again.

I’m not the easiest customer in the world - very indecisive! CarolAnn has the patience of a saint! She got our family of 6 and amazing deal for Bella Italia. It was a personalised service, from someone I could trust - that’s something money can’t buy! I’ve not used a travel agents in years, but I won’t hesitate to go back to Glen Travel. They got me an amazing deal and took the hassle out of everything! First class!

Laura (Mac) recently helped us book the trip of a lifetime to Australia and Thailand. With Laura’s help, it was an absolute breeze!

Her hotel choices were spot on for us, perfectly located with great accommodation. She arranged the flights to minimise jet lag (which made a massive difference) and maximise our time in each stop. Laura also made great recommendations for things to do, which helped us narrow down our itinerary and see some incredible sights.

We’ll definitely be using Glen Travel again after such an effortlessly enjoyable experience.
