Had a Victorian Veranda fitted recently by Glazing Systems.
The veranda looks absolutely brilliant, very pleased with it
From the initial meeting with David and placing my order all went very smoothly.
The delivery of the veranda was direct to my property where it was met and off loaded by David,
within minutes of the delivery the installation team arrived and proceeded to Install the veranda.
The fitting team was very professional and cannot fault the workmanship - Great Installation Team
And cleaned up after themselves.
David always kept me updated with the progress/Del etc, given the current Lockdown situation.
I would definitely recommend this company very good to deal with, they offer a great price and service.

Your order is currently in the process of being manufactured. We should have this with you in 2-4 working days. Any further queries please let us know. this was 5 working days ago still in production not even dispatched, so even if dispatched tomorrow will be at least another 2 days.
what makes it worse if it can be i phone and asked when and if i order, when will this order be realistically delivered as time was of the essence, worse case need, 5-8 working days which as now gone, so don,t trust a word they say, CLEARAMBER.COM DO-NOT correspond with them, they are a manufacturerthat lead you to believe you are dealing with Glazing Systems as they inform you of your order status, this is mythical updates please call Glazing Systems if you want TRUE updates

Besvarelse fra Alfresco Styles Ltd
Mr Dwain
It appears you have been corresponding direct with the manufacturer via their MyClearAmber system.
We received this order from you on the 5th August 2020 - 7 days ago. Between this there has been a weekend; so 5 working days ago.
The order was placed with Clear Amber 12:24pm on the 6th August 2020 - I can send you a screenshot of this if you wish - and I personally requested for it to be delivered by the 10th August 2020.
In the current climate, both ourselves and Clear Amber are doing the best we can to get orders out as quickly as we can. Some deliveries are getting out within 5 working days, others are taking a little longer...
To be honest, I would have appreciated a phone call before you left this feedback and I could have seen what I could find out. If it wasn't going to be in the time frame you needed (of which we've been given no indication), I maybe could have escalated this.
