I’m a hairdresser and used countless col and toner by various makes over the thirty years in hairdressing but unfortunately had the worst allergic reactions.My scalp has very big itchy lump all over even down my neck and shoulders (would highly recommend doing skin test ).use cherry /red col which was a shame because loved the col and refreshed my old caramel light a lovely copper/red col and my hair felt lovely and looked super shiny .

I have long hair with a full head of medium/light blonde which I'm growing out, with natural medium brown hair. I purchased Supergloss Brilliant Bronde (per recommendation for my hair colour), and first tried it following their instructions on dry hair, (my hair is halfway down my back and of medium density and this used half a bottle). I dried my hair and the colour was exactly the same as before. So a week later I decided to try it on wet hair for 20 minutes. I'll make a note here that the packaging is terrible, the pump only got out a couple of sputters and I had to shake out as much of the product as I could and then cut the bottle open, which is not an easy job. I dried my hair and once again my hair is the EXACT same colour as before. The only good thing about this product is that the formula is good, like conditioner, but as it doesn't actually condition your hair either I would absolutely not recommend wasting your money on this.

I wanted to leave an honest review to help others, especially those with blonde or highlighted hair. I have worked in the hair industry previously and do have some knowledge so haven’t gone into this blind!

I used the Glaze Colour in ‘Sleek Espresso’ Before using this product, my hair base was already a medium brown colour, so it did not go straight over blonde highlights.

Initially the colour looked fine after applying and drying, but did leave a slight cool dark grey/blue hue over, however as it began to wash out it left a very noticeable khaki green tone coming through, particularly where my hair is lightened. I followed the instructions, and my hair was in good condition beforehand.

Unfortunately, the undertone in this shade doesn’t seem suitable for lightened or slightly lightened hair … even when applied over a darker base, and this wasn’t something I was made aware of prior to purchasing. I would strongly advise anyone with blonde, highlighted, or previously lightened hair to patch test thoroughly or proceed with caution, as it WILL fade green. A complete hassle to strip the colour out so far, or even to neutralise it, and will definitely now need the help from a professional.
Do not buy.

I read the reviews for this company after purchasing a bottle of the glacé cherry supergloss, needless to say I was very nervous to try it! I decided to do a test on a small strand of hair and everything went well so continued with application. All I can say is I have no idea what all the negative reviews are about! The product was easy to apply, smelled gorgeous and did what was advertised. I will say It did not leave my hair as ‘glossy’ as I would’ve liked, but I have very dry hair and it feels the same as it would if I’d applied a hair mask (so definitely softer than usual). Unfortunately I have very dark auburn/ginger hair and I think the glacé cherry shade was just too light to do anything to it colour wise, which is annoying as that was the shade that their quiz recommended! I think their auburn spice shade would’ve been better.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I feel the need to warn people about this product. I used the sleek espresso after a few washes it faded my hair into a horrible green. Really not worth the hassle which had to be colour corrected at the end stay away from it.

Bought two different shades as it was buy one get one half price. Red never made any difference to my hair so i gave it a few weeks and tried the brown, again no change. Expensive product for it not too work. I will however give this 1 star as it makes your hair feel super soft and shiny

What a waste of time and money! I really wish I had seen these honest reviews first so if have saved myself the £20 on these glazed drops, took me over an hour of applying the product on ( went with espresso) was shocked it came out the bottle aubergine purple but I gave it a shot because it's only semi permanent. May as well say it's semi existent because after washing and using their glaze clear gloss, my hair just looks washed- virtually no changes to the hair. Never again.

I have to say I honestly don’t get the hype it does nothing! Very expensive product and literally made zero difference can’t say anything more than that it doesn’t do what is suggested and I’m not the only person that’s bought it and then discovered it’s useless, friends are saying the same thing it’s a huge waste of money avoid!

I HATE the bottle. Basically box dye but less faff. It lasts a fair few washes and good way to refresh. What makes me boil with rage every time I use it though is the impossibly useless shape of the bottle. It’s impossible to get product out with one hand as the bottle is so hard and rigid there is loads left you can’t get out. Does it look good on the shelf? Not really even so the shape and design is so unnecessary. I can only imagine a man designed it

I find it’s rubbish doesn’t do anything to my hair too pricey doesn’t worth it.wouldn't buy again.very disappointed

Blonde hair now dark and pink. I have highlights, and pay around £300 to get my hair coloured by the best colourists in London. I am an actor so it is very important for my hair and hair colour to look good. I’m also shooting a film next week and was going to use this product to enhance my blonde and make my hair shiny and healthy before filming However, this product has completely ruined my colour, and made my hair darker. I am no longer blonde, and I am having to book in an emergency colour appointment. Glaze, you have ruined my hair, and caused stress for a while film production. Congrats.

If you think using this product will make you look like a gorgeous blonde Hollywood bombshell, think again. The reason why they have great hair, is because they spend thousands of pounds on professional colourists. This is a cheap, terrible product that will ruin your hair and won’t even make it shiny. A total waste of money, and a scam. I am horrified that this has been approved for our shelves.

I followed the directions to a T. I did everything it said. I used the espresso brown color on light ish brown hair to just darken it a little before my next dye. My hair came out GREEN. I could get some of it out but now my hair feels like hay (washed it like 8 times with clarifying shampoo) AND I EVEN BOX DYED OVER IT!! THE GREEN SHOWS THROUGH THE DYE!! I have like a very serious job that threatened to fire me if I kept coming in with green hair. I wish I could sue if I lose wages.

I bought the chocolate gleam from superdrug and definitely do not recommend i would read all reviews before you even attempt to purchases. I believed that with all the hype it would be a very good product however it has turned my hair a dirty ashy green. I am not happy one bit.

Has completely sucked all moisture from my hair. Got it from Superdrug so figured they wouldn't stock such an awful product. Wrong. Hair has gone from being in fairly good condition to being completely ruined. Dry, brittle and far from shiny. The colour does as it says but it's a bloody high price to pay. Never leave reviews but... could genuinely cry at how ruined my hair is

For the love of hair- DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It has absolutely ruined my hair. I followed the directions and it turned my lovely strawberry blonde hair an awful dark red colour (like Ronald Mcdonald). Dried out the hair and caused breakage. I will need to now go to the salon and get this professionally fixed. Save your hair and money and do not buy this. I am devastated by how it left my hair.

I invested £16 in the Glaze spray for supposedly achieving glass like hair. Firstly the smell is horrid, the spray bottle is hard to use and I was surprised at how sticky the product is. I used it to blow dry my hair with heat to activate it on one side and my normal coconut infused cream on the other side. My normal cream leave in conditioner is far superior. I won't use Glaze again.

When I had black hair this product was brilliant for the shine. The packaging however is awful. The bottle is extremely hard to squeeze and the conditioner itself is quite dense. If you've a bodybuilder to squeeze the (I'd say bottle but it's more like a hard plastic container) then you'll be fine. 3 uses at most

Exactly same experience as everyone else!! Haven’t received order, customer service initially great, still haven’t received order but now being ignored! Taken money, no product I and now annoying having to dispute this with my bank! Pls avoid! Absolute scam.
