Great quality Awning Bell Tents; (materials, finishes, etc). However, your Website & Social Media Streams are a little short on erection advice for Glawnings connected to high Roofed Vehicles. We only found out by trial & error that we needed a high top pole set for our connecting canopy. No advice to buy it from your Website &/or social media.

We are really impressed with the quality of the product, every detail of the Glawning feels thought through and made to last. The pegs, guy ropes, the material itself, they all feel like they will last a long time. The space it offers is impressive, we have the 4m which is perfect for us, even on a rainy day, it still feels a cozy place to be. We haven't had a drive away awning before and the connecting up takes a bit of practice, but having dry space outside the van door makes a massive difference in wet weather, especially if like us you have kids or dogs. The packing size worried me a bit being larger than our old awning, but somehow the shape of it fits in the van boot better, it seems ok. I love how easy it is to put and up down, I can do it on my own which I could not do with our old air beam one. There is something reassuringly simple to it, 3 poles and some pegs, and it all fees like you could repair it if you had an issue. Great service from a small independent company, I love the look, also love the mesh doors, the lack of irritating flappy plastic, I can't say enough good things about it. Downsides, well it's a heavy beast (I hear the 2024 models are lighter than our 2023), but I don't carry it far. Drying it out, you have to be really sure its dry or get it out when you get home. It's not difficult to fold or get into the bag, so drying it at home is not too bad if you have to. Footprint on site, it looks big, in reality I don't think our 4m version is any worse than our old hexaway hub gazebo which didn't attach to the van, flapped about, let water and cold air in, and fell over in a storm. The Glawning has become a family favorite, it's here to stay, you get what you pay for, our air beam awning did 2 seasons before the fabric became brittle and ripped, I think the Glawning with care might do 2 decades.

Great product, great customer experience. I would definitely recommend a glawning for a campervan awning.

Delivery was quick, however the tube of adhesive sent with it was out of date and congealed- useless. I had to go out and source glue elsewhere as my tipi was lying out for the repair to be done.
EDIT-- Glawning responded quickly and sent out new glue although not received yet, It was a genuine error that will be quickly rectified.

Sorry didn’t finish before sending my review. Just wanted to add: Great company to deal with during viewing, purchasing and after sales. Sensed the company went the extra mile. We are very happy with our experience and delighted with our Glawning. Happy days.
