Excellent knowledge and service from Sally in Ipswich Glasswells store. She took time to explain different types of mattresses and their construction and we never felt pressured into purchasing. We are now looking forward to to a decent nights sleep

Codi was very helpful listened to what we wanted and helped us get the right sofa for a 92 year old and we where going to look round but as such good customer service we bought the sofa thank u for making it a pleasant afternoon

We went in to Glasswells to browse dining room chairs and left with 4 chairs and one complete patio set! Julianna was an incredible help and went above and beyond to support our purchase. Her kindness and thoughtfulness was exemplary. They are lucky to have such great expertise at Glasswells.

Went to buy a new recliner met Adrian what a very nice assistant went out of his way to help me make the right choice,I went to buy a standard chair but he showed me a fantastic electric recliner which I purchased.
When I got home I thought I had got the wrong colour I phoned up and met him again,and he helped me make the right choice with no fuss.

We recently purchased dining chairs from Glasswells and unfortunately experienced some movement in the frames. Although we were disappointed with the issue, the way Glasswells handled it was exceptional. They immediately replaced the affected chairs, and when the same issue occurred again, they responded quickly and professionally.

They even invited us to choose an alternative range, offering to cover the difference in price. We ultimately decided to stay with our original choice because we really liked the style, and Glasswells kindly provided us with a voucher as a gesture of goodwill.

A particular mention must go to Sam, who supported us throughout the whole process and was consistently helpful, understanding and professional.

Problems can happen with any product, but it's how a company responds that really matters. Glasswells' aftercare has been exceptional, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Went looking for new sofa, chair and footrest yesterday and was totally overwhelmed by the huge range of fabrics. With Nigel’s amazing help I am delighted with what I have ordered, and came away from the store with no second thoughts at all.By the way, good choice of music.

Peter helped us get our bedroom furniture ordered, and advised on assembly, efficiently but with a human and humourous touch. Much-appreciated. Glasswell's selection is the best there is (and we have looked!) especially if you want to see the quality of what you're buying BEFORE you buy it.

Saw some curtains in the Bury St Edmunds store but didn't write down details. Contacted the store who went above and beyond tracing them for me and ordering them in. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend.
