they say the glass is manufactured in Miami, but shipment comes from China .I waited 8 weeks to receive and Omar in sales said it was in production, he will check with them. It was obviously on a ship. Very deceptive practice
in the end the Chinese supplier got the glass length cut wrong and I was out $2,500 .No quality control,Glass door is an importer/Distributor and not local made in USA

Excellent service! I absolutely love my new doors for my home. They are exceptional in quality and look amazing.

Very disappointed with my experience - it started out well with the salesperson (Omar), but when the doors arrived the color was not at all what I expected - the marupa wood with hemlock stain was bright orange! I planned to have them refinished, and exchanged several emails with customer service (Samely Lugo) about how to do that, but could never get an answer about the existing finish. In addition, the trim boards they sent were too short for the size of the opening; a concern they also ignored. Several thousand dollars later my general contractor managed to salvage them by sanding, priming and painting, and buying new trim (but couldn't match the grain). Bottom line, save yourself the time, money and frustration and buy elsewhere.

What great service and what a great product Omar was unbelievably helpful. I received my doors that were perfect. Upon arrival. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who wants quality product and great customer service.

This was a process that took months to even place an order due to the sales manager overpromising and underdelivering (both in terms of what was available and even his follow up). The doors, when they finally arrived, were lovely, but came with incorrect instructions. Although the end product appears very nice (we'll see how things hold up), the process was so terrible, I won't order from this company again.

I bought a three panel closet door shaker style in white with mirrors from them, I received the doors very well packaged in a strong wood frame. They look fantastic! relatively easy to install, got all the hardware, they work very well and are very good quality and look.....Omar was great to deal with and very responsive to my questions, I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered the Three Leaf Shaker Bypass Sliding Door for a bedroom remodel. I was a little apprehensive ordering such a large item without seeing it. I contacted Glass Door directly during the ordering process and the help was great. Omar was very helpful in narrowing in on size, material and color. I ended up ordering the Mahogany Wood with Wedge Stain. The arrived in great condition and look beautiful. I was able to order additional stain for a bottom track I am installing (at and additional cost).

Omar, our representative was very attentive and polite. He guided us through the ordering process of a shower door and kept us informed through the manufacturing process up to shipment. Once the door shipped, he provided the tracking number along with instructions when the door arrived. Great experience for us. Thank you.

I am so frustrated and disappointed, that a large national company that tries to have a good reputation refuses to rectify a mistake they made and not one that I made, regardless of time. And it seems so easy to fix. My experience has been beyond bad and now add insult to injury. I started over a year ago trying to buy a glass barn door. According to customer service department, the first one was broken at the warehouse, the second was broken during shipping and the third was lost…. this Ebay delivery took almost an additional 2 months, with no notification except my inquiries to find out details. When it arrived, I only received the door frame/hardware… no door. The package was ripped open and destroyed, so much that we took pictures and noted damages on the shipper’s freight receipt that we reported to the company and that we have documented proof. No reply, except the promise of a credit that was never issued. The door was finally received separately, but was not opened until this past week, because this was for a NEW construction project that was delayed. The installers pointed out that the hardware received in the destroyed box was incorrect for the door. The bracket/wheel hardware was for a 2-hole glass door and the after many calls to the company, I was informed that the hardware I needed was for a 1-hole glass. I asked to replace what was sent with the proper hardware, I was told I would have to PURCHASE new hardware, because I missed the deadline. I had no way of knowing what was missing or damaged and I reported that damage upon receipt. BUT, regardless of the time, I have in my possession the WRONG brackets that were sent and any legitimate, company with integrity and concern for customer service especially considering ALL that I have been through would kindly replace the wrong hardware with the correct hardware so that I can hang the door! Ebay says they will help but no one has had any interest…except sending a second letter telling me to BUY it again. I don’t even want the incorrect brackets they can have them back they are no use to me…so why won’t someone help me…I have a door that I can’t hang because of the manufacturer’s mistake and all I need is to swap for the correct hardware! My shower door, etched with a vine design, is beautiful, a one-of-a-kind. I love being unique! The door is heavy glass, not flimsy and light. The design is beautiful. It cleans well with vinegar or Windex. I will never have to worry about heavy limestone buildup, like with most glass shower doors. The staff at Otto & Sohn were wonderful to work with -- Mabell in Customer Service, Maria in Accounting, and Omar in Production. My one recommendation is to be sure and consult with Omar about door dimensions. He is a wealth of information and knowledge!

Customer service was horrible. Told us to expect doors in a month and didn't deliver until after 3 months. The doors were on the thinner side. There are thicker options, from other vendors and I would recommend going with the thicker option. After it's installed (professionally) in our newly built adu the glass were shattered after first use injuring our family. Even if this is tempered glass, imagine that you have to step on shattered shards of temper glass while in shower. This is the first time I have ever seen a glass door shattered and it was a traumatic experience. I tried to contact customer service, but of course they said that it's not their fault. Also, they never replied to my response to their first email, essentially ignoring all my other communications and choose not to engage. I cannot vouch for the quality of these doors. You will take the chance with the company's product and delivery service, don't expect any help, refund or compassion from the company. We took the chance on them and totally regretted it. Mediocre product, unreliable delivery time and bad customer service. That is my experience with this company.
