Hi Deborah,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the Royal Mail delivery, I have looked into your order, you placed the order on the 19th and we dispatched this the same day, a delivery attempt was made on the 20th December however there was no answer. Even if we had have opted for a different courier this would have had the same outcome. You should have received emails from Royal Mail quoting an estimated delivery date/time - you also have the option of arranging another time should this not be suitable. Once again I'm sorry you have had an issue however I feel the 1 star rating is unfair as we have dispatched your order the same day as it was placed and delivery was attempted the following day.
Many thanks, the Gladstones team

Excellent
Can I just say, what excellent service you provide! From start to finish, you've been brilliant. I made an online order for a wedding ring, it was delayed slightly due to a supply issue but you replied to my email almost immediately and we were advised when it would be posted.
We then required a smaller size for comparison and you happily waited until both had been tried on, offering a refund or exchange... and having only sent the alternative size back to you yesterday you have already refunded it to my account!
Spot on. Will definitely order from you again.
