Not the most welcoming company.
Whenever I call up which is once a year as I can never renew online it always feels like I’m being an inconvenience to the person on the other end of the phone.
Definitely going elsewhere at next renewal.

The online website quote easy to populate and generated this quickly. Phoning to alter and change was also straightforward. Phone answered quickly and was dealt with promptly.
Very competitive price! As a first time boat owner this was a positive experience.

Difficult to ascertain which boat a policy is for.....
Its extremely annoying that I can not see anywhere on my policies which boat an individual policy is for - I have to assume I've got the right boat! This is something which definately could be improved so its easy to see on the title page of each policy. Otherwise renewal cost was resoanable.
