Scam. Will not ship your product. Will not answer emails. We were fortunate to have used Amazon pay so we were able to file a claim for a refund.

Edited - I see Gizxea has flagged my review rather than respond to me. I sent them the requested info regarding our attempted purchase so we will see what happens. I also left a review on their Facebook a while back
which they did not respond to. Seems like they would rather try to discredit people than attempt to have a conversation.

Placed an online order for a Nintendo Switch on June 19th. On June 27th Gizxea notified me via text that my "order has been refunded" with no further details. I guess that's their way of explaining that they will not be sending the product I ordered. But I still have not received a refund either.
UPDATE - after texting Gizxea last night, they refunded my money by the next morning.

I also got scammed. I was told I would be refunded, but nothing yet. It has been well past 1-3 business days.

If you're reading this, gizxea, I will be filing a report and pressing charges.

Edit: I just got the refund, two weeks later. Still a sh-tty way to run a business.

I ordered a nintendo switch order was canceled no refund I reported them but the email comes back as not a valid address. No phone numbers listed for this company. They are scammers.they say refund in 3 business day we'll 10 days and no refund. Seems i got a reply but still no refund and to top it of my card was used to make 12 fraudulent charges odd thiswas the only place I used the card.

It's a scam. I ordered a switch, they billed me, then 10 days later canceled my order and did not refund me. Email contact they provided me was a fake email, did not receive a refund.

I also received an email stating my order was cancelled and refunded. The website no longer exists and the email address provided is not a valid email. This website is a scam, do not order from them. P.S. Does anyone know how I can get my money back??

Edited: I initially stated it had been 9 days, but I was wrong. I will update if I do received the refund. However, there should be a way to contact the store and there is not. That alone is bad customer service.

I have no idea what is going on. I got an email saying my order was cancelled, though I didn’t cancel it. The website is down, the phone number is disconnected. What happened to this merchant? I don’t have a refund for the $330 I paid for a Switch. Definitely a scam.

UPDATE 7/7/20. I received a refund on my credit card account for $320, which is $10 less than I paid, but at least it's a refund. I just read the company's response. The lack of communication during this entire thing is concerning. While I appreciate that they had issues with their supplier and their website provider, they needed to communicate that to their customers rather than just cancelling the orders with no explanation. Also, I'm still short $10. Overall, the experience was frustrating, but I'll raise my rating by one star.

Order canceled on its own, no refund, no product. Site is a trap. Switch consoles return to endangered species list again...ugh.

I wanted a Nintendo switch, you cancelled it, eat me.

Told me they needed to wait for stock, then cancelled and claimed they had refunded. Stopped answering emails. Did not receive refund.

Update: I have not received a refund yet, and the website is still down. I will update this if I do receive the refund.

Edit July 08: It took a while, but I did receive a refund.

The send me an email saying that they are refunding my purchase, not even refunding the total value. I have not gotten the refund. I can't even contact them. Total scam

If i could put 0 stars, i would! What kinda scam is this!! Terrible customer service, no product, and a hole in my wallet.
