My phone stopped working and I was recommended Gizmotech... Hard to find but worth it. Very helpful, polite and they couldn't fix it but didn't charge me anything even though they had to buy a battery plus something else! They phoned me with progress reports. Really impressed.

Great customer service for the cracked photo lens on my mobile. Very helpful and a nice coffee while I waited.. was fixed so quick. Love gizmotex staff they are always so helpful and kind and down to earth.

I have previously used Gizmotec for a screen repair. The service is always fast and efficient. On this occasion the screen protector (free) was not secure at the corners and edges. For this reason, only 4 stars.

Great experience. Contacted Gizmotec as had a smashed Samsung A70 screen. They said they could get the screen ordered in for next day and repair the phone next day. It turned out they had the part already ion stock, and fixed the phone same day for me. Great communication keeping up to date with the process. Recommended and would use again.

Really impressive service - (very reasonable) repair price agreed in advance, postage label emailed (NB their charges are cheaper than you arranging your own postage), great communications when fault proved more complex to fix... but no additional charge for this. Phone arrived in the post the next morning! Would recommend to anyone.

Great service iPhone replacement screen in less than 1 hour

My Laptop (Lenovo) was very slow and the chaps from Gizmotec recommended a new hard drive. This was ordered and actioned within 24 hours. Despite their best endeavours, this did not rectify the “slow” problem. They were honest in their assessment, reinstating the original hard drive, and did not make a Charge. Their Service from Telephone to Reception to Workshop, is excellent, and I would highly recommend them

Reasonably priced good quality repair was done on my iPhone12pro. It was badly damaged but they managed to salvage it and delivered a perfectly executed repair. Highly recommended.
